Morning
Tried a sainsburys chicken phal last night. Pretty 'meh'. Not a patch on M&S Fiery chicken curry in terms of spice level.
Then watched Shawshank Redemption, again, because it was on. Still superb.
OTTM, 2 & 1/2 days of work left this year.

I have a bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce made with Carolina Reapers.
It's a massive disappointment.
I mean it tastes fine and is sort of hot.
But it lacks the monstrous heat it should have. It been softened for mass market. It's not as hot as a good habanero sauce.
Fortunately i have a botttle of Dave's Scorpion Pepper which is properly hot+.
I've also got a GhostPepper one that is hot++. Dave knows the score

Franks hot sauces are too vinegary for me.
I've an unopened bottle of Morrisons own brand habenero hot sauce I'll be trying later. Making a chilli for the clan so relatively steady on the spice so that the youngest youngling will eat it. Eldest youngling is OK up to madras level heat.
Trigger warning for someone on here (can't remember who). As well as adding kidney beans to the chilli I'm also adding chick peas.

Hummus, chickpea and chicken stew, roasted in an air fryer with a dusting of paprika and oil, all-sorts. Tremendous.

Always have some of that in, tasty but milder for when you don't want your face burnt off. Also, I always have an Encona West Indian hot pepper sauce. The 2nd from hottest one. |

We needed a doorstop for the bedroom door, so... I've placed a belt of 7.62mm ammo (60 rounds) against said door.
Before you give me a blasting, let me just say that my sister bought them in Camden market over 30 years ago because she wanted a stylish belt to wear.
