Morning.
Yesterdays scratchy throat has turned into a full-blown snot-gobbler.
When I talk, in my head I think I'm sounding like Barry White, but apparently to anyone who can actually hear what i'm rasping, it sounds like a malfunctioning dalek.

My sister is visiiting from THE USA.
Took her and Mamifere Prefere and my daughter out for some Pizza at new Nearby Pizza place last night. It was good but slightly too high a crust to non crust ratio. I like to finish each slice including crust before I move on to next slice, that way avoiding having a plate full of crusts at the end.
Last night I still had half left so took it home and had it for breakfast this morning.
Not sure anchovies in the morning is the best, is mixing oddly with my coffee.

It's the lurgey. lazybones said "Colin the Caterpillar jellies are where the magic happens" That is indeed what I had. Scoffing handfuls of Colin the Caterpillar cake on a train may have been more entertaining/frightening for the other passengers but I hadn't considered it. No games, no TV. Need to compose/schedule some work social media posts for the holidays. Now, what would Shenguin say... The PM is also WFH today which makes it harder to powernap through the day. |

I didn’t sleep too well last night.
Yesterday the pm said there was a funny smell in the flat. Then later in the day she looked outside and saw something that looked like a dead squirrel in the garden. I didn’t fancy removing it when I got home in the dark and planned to do it this morning when it was light. Anyway we slept with the windows shut to stop the smell coming in. Or I didn’t really sleep because things were a bit hot and airless ...
I have wondered if the squirrel was eviscerated at the same time the previous night that I’d had the dream about the black eagle? …
Anyway this morning the dead squirrel has gone. I’m blaming a vagabond fox.
