Hello.
TV. Some more of the latest series of Bosch.
Sleep. High winds woke the child at 5am. Lovely. Trains all messed up as well.
Games. Shoved on BOPS3 as it's free on ps+
Killed some bots to warm up. Then went I to team deathmatch. Arse handed to me.
Hopefully some old gits with no reflexes will install it as it's free and I can kill them. Thanks to the wonders of cloud storage i still had all the guns I'd earned when I last played it 18 months ago.

Morning all,
Had to ditch Rome 2 mod due to it lagging something awful. Had read on the forums that this could be the case but large battles and end of turns were turning into lengthy powerpoint presentations.
Perhaps I'll head back to Tomb Raider or Ac Origins.
AC Odyssey
As expected a couple of the hardened ancient history forums are fuming over certain aspects of it. I also saw a couple of amusing screenshots of conversations about the game where folk with certain views couldn't get round the idea of meatspin style action being the order of the day. It was topped with a comment "ancient Greeks were Christians". Brilliant.

Games! Still doing old world achievements on WoW whilst re-watching IASIP, again, because although I asked for suggestions I have fully ignored them all. Just passing the time before BfA drops now. August can't come soon enough.

Breakfast - coco pops
Games - had a break from collecting stuff in Tomb Raider and downloaded Black Ops. My first ever COD. Started the campaign mode. Got to the bit where I control the drone. Good fun. Maybe I'll put a mic on tonight and insult peoples mums. Also downloaded the free FIFA 18 world cup trial. Played 2 games. What a pile of donkey cocks. Deleted. Back to PES.
Footy footy footy - looking forward to the first game.

Bear in mind that I don't know anything about ancient Greece and have, ahem, never clicked on meatspin. Games? No time, unfortunately, though I might download BLOPS3 this morning. TV: Evil Genius on Netflix. Worth a watch if you like that kind of thing. |

I seem to remember the Alexander film having to amend this idea as certain groups/countries wouldn't let them film or give them access if they implied that Alexander had a boyfriend. The film Troy also had the same 'problem' (hence we meet Achilles waking in a tent with women and Patroclus is made his cousin).
As I have found out in my dabblings on ancient Greek history forums some are very, very dismissive of anything other than the Athenians/Spartans etc all being thigh slapping straight tough guys. It usually involves a conspiracy wherein the Christian church told sought to degrade the pagan Greeks by making up lies about them through managing to create incredible amounts of literal, pictorial and cultural fake evidence.
