Hmmm..
Maybe Bob was the one who spurned his colleagues advances? This lead to an elaborate 10 year plan to destroy Bob and cover up their own shortcomings in the workplace. Bob is now overseas (where is the body?...) and now we have Bob's replacement who has conveniently 'uncovered the truth'. Perhaps new Bob has been threatened... 'look I told you what I did to the last guy, now fix it. Oh and we're now a couple'.
Food for thought.

Oh yeah, I went for a comfort break during the film in semi-darkness and missed the bog a bit. Thought I'd dealt with it, but not so, Mrs T is now convinced the bog leaks at night.
