Rolling, Lazybones, Scubar, Amipal. My PS5 claims you all own BF2042. I take it this is horseshit? It also says my pal Andy owns it, who I know for certain doesn't. I think maybe I do? It could have been a PS Plus download so only in the library. |

Morning
Had a nice sleep in until 10.30, then a Faceless inspired brunch (ham and lettuce sarnie), followed by a walk in the woods.
Just sat down to try more Fries of Pea. I spent my hard earned Ergo and on levelling up Vitality and Vigor. I'm currently sporting a nifty Sabre blade, by I do also have a MASSIVE CHOPPER called Azure Dragon Crescent Glaive, which the game appeared to gift me for free at the start, although it's a bit heavy for me I think right now.
Anyway, I'm gong to try and progress to the first real boss, which is when I'll no doubt get thrashed and put the game on the shelf as an ornament.

I find that with most games at some point I use Duckduck Go. Even if only to find the best order to do the quests. Other wise I find I've completed part of a quest that I've wandered in on without actually starting it.

I try to only do an Internet search if I’ve got to the credits and have some other post-credits stuff.
I very rarely get to the credits.
The only games I ever really feel compelled to complete are the Souls Games. Though each one takes me about three years.

I haven’t done much today. I got up late and kind of languished. Then I went to the shops and cycled a circuitous path home. I considered a detour to buy mild mixed pickle and yoghurt but thought better of it. This was my big decision ...

I'm trying out a rowing machine we bought about 2 years ago and barely used. Spent all day watching videos and practicing correct technique. I think I've fucked my neck already.

Couple of rounds of BF2042 earlier whilst the pm & child went swimming. Just had Roast chicken, roast potatoes, Yorkshire's, carrots, broccoli, gravy.
Enough chicken leftover for risotto tomorrow.
Need to update some stuff on our work system, price rises etc as I'm not in till Thursday. Shouldn't take long. On the plus side it means I can zone out of The Next Step.

It's only the game Bloodborne could have been if it had Demon's graphics. And puppets. Very guard (parry) heavy. Which is tricky. I've just (finally) beat the first big boss, The Parade Master, after about a dozen or so attempts. You could say...drum roll... I rained on his parade. HAHAHA HAHA HA.. oh. I'm sure the P0w€rG@mers will beat him in one or two tries. The first day of my week off has been well spent. 💪🍺 |
