hello
I went to an Indian restaurant yesterday. I possibly over-ordered. Well I did because, with a couple of very small beer drinks afterwards I felt my stomach was going to haemorrhage. I think the burrito earlier in the day and the spicy chilli combo mix and milk chocolate mountain bar had reduced my capacity. A shame though because the food was very nice.
I’m going to watch a football match today.

Morning. I too had an Indian meal last night, from a reasonably well respected / tolerated local establishment. I ordered 3 meals, for 3 people, but it was so much food that about half ended up in the bin. Next time I am seriously considering ordering one meal between three people. How is this a sustainable business model?

I just tapped out a post for the comments section under Simon Jenkins’s article on universities in The Guardian. I then reset my password to get back on there so I could post it. But the comments were closed.
Thanks for listening.
I was awake in the night reflecting on the ‘doggy bag’ concept in restaurants. I would love for someone to do a demographic analysis of the people who ask for a ‘doggy bag’.
I have never done it. It’s not even an option. But I know it’s kind of an everyday thing.
My guess is that at least one person here does it.
Is it YOU? 🫵

How is this a sustainable business model? You chucked away left over Indian food?!? How are you going to spend the next few days shitting yourself to death and regretting eating reheated curry now? You really haven't thought this through

We take food home from restaurants quite often, specifically Indian or Pizza.
As to reheating Indian takeaways, we've never had any problems and one order easily covers 2 days.

I have trained my body to finish off not only my own curry in one sitting, but also those of others.

Possibly going for Indian food later. Mother India’s Cafe or the wee curry shop. Possibly.
My friend and wife are over from Hong Kong. Out with them today and probably tomorrow. It’s raining in Glasgow. I’m shocked by this turn of events.
They’re doing a grand tour. Glasgow, Newcastle, Londinium. All the shitholes.
Tv. Panchinko and Perfect Couple. Games. Sleeping Dogs.

I'm not reheating food bought from a prefab on the dual carriageway until someone still alive confirms they survived the experience.

Sudden death, subject was found having fallen off the toilet. 3 day old curry was still warm in the kitchen, nothing suspicious.
