I like the traditional header. It makes me feel all warm inside. Like you get before your arse explodes.

I remember driving through Sheffield over 40 years ago on a motor cycle and how noticeable the smell of the industrys in the town was. Bet you can't smell the industry's now.

I’ve been to Sheffield twice. Once to a community recording studio and once clubbing.
Hello. I see there’s a new Snow Patrol album out. What did we do to deserve that.
“The gunman was spotted between 300 and 500 yards from where Trump was playing,” That makes more sense than the earlier report that said between 3 and 500. Coz that’s a big difference. Do I believe someone would want to shoot Trump dead? Of course.
Do I also believe it’s all made up bollocks as he’s in theory behind in the polls? Of course.
Am I a simpleton? Of course.

Morning all!
Went on holiday to the Peak District a few years back, and had a pleasant riverside walk in/near Sheffield.
TVblog: have started watching The Expanse again.

Aside from that, I used to actively dislike Sheffield, merely because an ex-girlfriend had considered going to uni there.

I've been to loads of places. Sheffield, Motherwell, Cardiff, Pitlochry - you name it, I've been there (except Ipswich and Birmingham).

I have been to Sheffield a few times.
The first was the worst. I'd been to an open day at York University which I didn't like. It was cold and wet there. There was a big open square in the middle of the university and when we walked in to it there was a bitterly cold wind. Also the University was a grim concrete design and was well outside the city. On the way back it was dark and raining and the traffic was horrific. We stopped at Sheffield and went to a Chinese. It was pissing it down in the city centre. The food was ok. I have also been to the Don Valley Stadium for a concert. That was disappointing. It was too quiet and not a good concert venue. Too open. I suspect the sound dispersed widely. I've also been to Hillsborough and Bramall Lane several times. I do not like Hillsborough at all. It's uncomfortable being in the Leppings Lane End. Difficult to forget it is the same stand where people died. Especially downstairs where the only access is via the tunnel.
I quite like Bramall Lane. I have been there 5 times and never seen us lose.
