I just don’t want to see the messages. There’s only one every three months but its too much for me. "Help me, Lazybones"

When it says ‘senior member’ under my name I plan to humanely destroy myself. Since you've averaged about 1 post every 30 days since December 2017 and you need to get to 300 posts to become "Senior" it will be in approx 17 years. <edit>about 1 & 1/2 years to "Full Member".

I recently discovered the Lock Chat (or Archive?) function on WhatsApp. Banish the group behind a digital wall so you never have to see it, but without having to leave. It's a huge boon.

I'm shoving some toasted sourdough slathered in Nutella and banana down my throat whilst the child is in the shower. This is in a bid to avoid her realising there is Nutella in the house.
Morning. We watched Panchinko then Spelling Bee last night.
I played some Sleeping Dogs on the laptop during Strictly and some Fortnite when the telly was available. I need a giant wall chart of all the Kung Fu moves I'm learning in SD as they escape me when I get in a fight.
The PM & Child are off to the in-laws for lunch/dinner. I'm off up for dinner but need to do some batch cooking here first for the freezer.

I think when someone posts a new message to the chat it springs it free of its digital jail. Not the thing I'm thinking of. It hides those chats completely in a folder called Locked Chats and you can only unlock them via fingerprint authentication. You see nothing. I know people have noticed that I never post on there any more, but it gives more plausible deniability than just leaving.

In fact if you click the folder without unlocking it, you can see how many messages you've missed. 1,470 in my case. Gives me a warm feeling inside.

Morning
To all my love slaves out there: Tuffers-lips is here. In the flesh, baby. The ultimate male versus... the ultimate meatball. Ha, ha, ha.
Today I'm making spaghetti and meatballs. All the garlic, wine, herbs, tomatoes etc. Just like nonna used to make.
Yesterday I de-summered the garden for Autumn/winter. Final cut of the lawns, furniture away in the shed, some pruning and general tidying. Later today I'm going to chuck a load of weed n feed down in advance of the rainocolypse heading our way.
Last night I watched Interstellar. Tuffers review: Amazeballs, 5*
OTTM, no.

I'm googling mice killing products. The perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I'll catch this mouse for you, but it ain't gonna be easy. When I went to war with the mouse that got into our flat I closed the door to the room it was in, lit an anti-mouse cinnamon candle, plugged in some anti-mouse sonic plugs, opened the window, daubed peanut butter inside a bucket and an empty pickle jar with ramps leading up to them (to trap it), then … finally … a ramp up to some books leading to the window. In the ‘endgame’ I pretended to be asleep and startled it to scare it out the window. It did previously end up in the bucket but escaped. It also fell off the ramp leaking to the pickle jar. I think / hope it wanted to leave in the end. I hope it wants to never come back.

Is that an actual thing a real life adult human did, or are you pitching to write a new Wallace and Grommet movie?
