I feel saturated with the foods I’ve been eating. A lot of roast dinner food yesterday. And booze, and cheese, and Jaffa Cakes and Toblerone. Then this morning I had Toblerone, a banana and a cinnamon bun. The bun was unnecessary. It’s just that if I didn’t eat it this morning it would have become dry and unappetising.
The cycle journey in should work some of it off I guess.
I feel wound up. I feel uptight. I’m not looking forward to work.
Anyone know any good jokes?

Morning
Rain, rain, rain.
On Saturday morning we had a dead pigeon on the front drive. Blood and feathers everywhere. A neighbours cat was chewing on its throat. I was asked, by the PM, to 'get rid of it' (the pigeon, not the cat). But I said to leave it overnight as a fox or maybe some crows will probably take/eat it. By Sunday morning it had gone, apart from some feathers glued to the floor with blood/guts. Later on, the PM informed me that we now have a dead rat right at the back of the garden. Never had that before. Now it wasn't there Saturday late afternoon as I was in the garden. Anyway, I don't know if it is still there, or what other dead animals are out there today. Cool story etc.
OTTM, last night I watched Gandalf in Sherlock Holmes. Average at best. Certainly not a patch on The Greatest Actor of all Time™ - Basil Rathbone.

I'm making a Korma later. When the wife is away on Friday I will make a vindaloo. I will probably go with lamb though.
There was a local takeaway that specialised in weird curry meat, things like duck, ostrich and pheasant. Don't think they lasted long, it was probably all pigeon.
