I woke up just after 1 this morning, because of a fox - a vagabond fox, in the garden … Then I started thinking about work. After a couple of hours I started reading a book on Palestine. The activity of reading put me back in a mild slumber but now I’m up.
Played Fortnite last night - one game. Then looked at games on the PSN store. There’s one that looks like a survival game in a 16th century Aztec environment. I wouldn’t mind playing it.
I just heard something on the news. Donald Trump was saying he’s not a Nazi. Phew. He says he’s the opposite of a Nazi.
What is the opposite of a Nazi?

I'm still in bed. Just thinking about getting up to make brekkers. I'm picturing a nice bacon, fried mushrooms and HP sauce sandwich. Not working for the man is grrrrrreat. 🐯
Games. SH2 obvs. This is my life now. Last night I made it to Toluca Prison, which I believe is the 8th of 11 chapters in the remake. Still a superb game.

So before the second gulf war broke out and they were looking for WMDs, did they look in the perfume bottles of Saddams daughters? Top floor of our house currently a no go zone due to 'vanilla notes' making my eyes water.

I was on the fence, but the other place have given it a below par review, so my pump levels have now shot up, just like... a good RPG, but an underwhelming Dragon Age game I don't really understand this review. All the Dragon Age games since (and possibly including) Origins have been underwhelming Dragon Age games. Dragon Age Origins won the nickname Drags On Ages DA2 was really good in it's 10 locations, but was obviously a rush job and the magic path was a botched mess. DAI was a bloated mess with horrible combat. I am unconvinced a game could be worse than DAI and a good RPG. Obviously I have ordered it. |

My initial review (based on not having downloaded it yet)
Dragon Age Veilguard
It will be a beautiful but hideously bloated mess.
Some good bits, but EA.
So:
crap in game purchases (The special edition is a few skins and 3 days early access for £20. No DLC included no extra bits = no purchase from me),
change the bits that work for no apparent reason and bolt on shitty bits
The shitty bits will be extra shitty. They've had 4 DA games to perfect them
Bioware haven't released a properly good game since Mass Effect 2 (I mostly liked Mass Effect 3 to be fair at least until they took a great big dump at the end of it, but DA2, DAI, ME3, MEA have all been badly flawed in one way or another)
But the DLC for Dragon Age Origins was exceptional - especially if you had the bad guy as a companion.
I would like to play DAO on a modern console
Four Stars Recommended.
