Here's something I don't get. Walked past a young guy on the coastal path recently. He was on his own, sitting cross legged in a quiet spot while staring contemplatively out across the water and listening to 200bpm dance music on a massive stereo at about 20 thousand decibels. Wtaf? The youths are mostly arseholes. Mostly. No consideration for others, and parents seem to have actively chosen not to teach them. |

Just cooking some m&s chicken kievs to go with some rice. I shall be trying a tiny amount of the Red Savina with it.

I've got a Ghost Pepper Sauce from Dave's Gourmet on the go. It's superbly hot.
A tiny dab on a sausage sarnie sets the world on fire.
I had a Scorpion Sauce before that was distinctly disappointing. I thought i might have damaged my taste buds. The Ghost Pepper sauce has restored my faith.
It's not just the chillies in the sauce. You can create a medium hot sauce using reaper chillies.
Psycho Juice has a good reputation, but i don't think i've tried them.
