Morning. Skimmed the weekend box. Hope the kid pulls one of those "beyong doctors expectations" and is OK.
My partners niece had a stroke coming out of the womb seems to be doing fine. Then again at that age nothing to lose and neuroplasticity takes care of the rest.

Morning all.
Tramlines was OK, but we had to cut short yesterday as Fark jnr was grumpy in the sun. Played a bit more PUBG, about 4 games now. I still haven't killed anyone and the island seems too big for 100 players as you hardly ever seem to see another player. It has a bleak, desolate vibe though which I like and the sounds the bombers make coming in also creates a gritty war torn atmosphere.
Watched Final Space on the train, it's heavily influenced by Futurama and Rick and Morty and seems pretty good.

Hi everybody! Worving from home as is my usual Monday schedule. My system doesn't seem to be working properly. A reboot is in order methinks. More shots from RIAT uploaded. Looking at my Lightroom catalogue, I'm only half way through them, and haven't even looked at the display team shots. Gods help me. I'm also watching Final Space. Most enjoyable.

Morning all!
Final Fantasy X is done. I managed to go back and pick up Yojimbo along with tons of Petrify Grenades making Braska's Final Aeon (or Heavy Metal Jecht) much easier. Got him to second phase, pulled out Yojimbo and paid him everything I had and the man done it... He used Zanmato and that was it.
I feel like I'm going to miss it now it's gone, so should I play X-2?
It's that or Yakuza 6.

It's that or Yakuza 6. I think I Zanmato'ed my way through most of the later bosses back in the day. Why spend all that time pointlessly grinding? I'd recommend a Yakuza 6 next. I put in about 5 hours last night and don't regret a second of it. If you've played zero and kiwami, there's a lot of throw backs in there to enjoy too.

It's that or Yakuza 6. Don't play X-2. Even I don't like it, and I liked XIII. Morning All! Bit of a boring weekend for me. Light gaming, a trip to the cinema and lots of babysitting of a baby blackbird. Filums! Went to see Hotel Artemis. It was ok. Standard action movie. Jeff Goldblum is in it for roughly 5 minutes yet seems to feature most heavily in the marketing. That's some serious gravitas. Also, Charlie. Blackbird! Noticed a baby blackbird hopping around the garden on Saturday, being watched carefully by a cat. Obviously, I did the right thing and chased the cat. This then led to me feeling responsible for the little bugger, meaning my weekend then revolved around keeping an eye on it. I proceeded to watch it be collected by it's 'parent' early evening, only for it to reappear Sunday morning. Fucker. Still, hope it's ok today. Might have to cat proof the garden . . .

Conchord - you have interfered with nature by rescuing that blackbird. Now, there's a greater chance of that bird's weak genes surviving to next generation. And the cat probably killed another bird/small mammal. No good will come from this.

Morning. Another Monday. Another hot Monday. I could do without both. Not much time for gaming, moved Primrose's story on in Octopus Travel Agent, finally hit the dungeon. Now got Primrose's theme stuck in my head. I haven't reached the character of H'aanit yet myself, but her dialogue in over-the-top Middle English is being ridiculed all over the internet, and yesterday I heard for the first time about the plight of Chinese players of the game. Because it's not been localised for a Chinese audience, they are playing the English version and have dubbed H'aanit the "TEM-8 Traveller". TEM stands for "Test for English Majors" and refers to an English exam that's almost impossible to pass and that you can only take once. Who says that video games aren't educational? www.polygon.com/platform/amp/2018/7/17/17582070/octopath-traveler-haanit-dialogue-localization(I sympathise with them. I played Link's Awakening in English with the help of a dictionary. It was difficult and good for my English at the same time.)

Good morning! Games: none. TV: Bosch series 2, a major improvement on the first; and Last Chance U, which I suspect has now jumped the shark. Is it a spoof? The new coach is an x-rated David Brent. Other: in an attempt to save money, looked into changing our broadband and ended up signing up with BT sport, which is the opposite of saving money. I am, however, looking forward to binge-watching the Betfred Cup.

And the cat probably killed another bird/small mammal. No good will come from this. The neighbours interfered with nature by bringing a 'domesticated' cat into the neighbourhood and letting it run riot. Maybe, to re balance, I should put a little saucer of anti- freeze out for the twat*. Additionally, as long as the cat killed another bird/ small mammal that I didn't see, that's fine. I just don't want to see an innocent animal harmed on my watch. *I already have a problem with the feline fucker for using my veg patch as a toilet.

I sort of agree with what he is saying, although ... I enjoyed raging impotently at Donald Trump when he landed in his helicoptor the other day. Public emotion or private misery. Maybe? ... I don’t know.

Well not completely - I’d like to download Neo-Atlas 1496, for the Switch, but it’s ... expensive. It seems radically priced, for what is.

It may be my favourite season so far, but I couldn't tell you why. The coach really grew on me, he genuinely seems to care for the kids. You see growth in him and a lot of the players, Carlos is great, rakeem the dream and a few others. There's also a round up of where some of the players are from the first 2 series, with a big focus on Isaiah Wright ( the running back with the concussion/ that ridiculous jump over the player touchdown) and what's happened to him, I won't say anymore incase it's passed you by. 4 *s

I read a Chuck Palahniuk interview where he states people are always looking to rage at the authorities and the leaders of this world, but occasionally come up against a leader figure who they feel uncomfortable to rage at and so when he or she is replaced the next person gets it full rage hate much worse as they get the pent up rage from before added to their own share. He explains that many people felt uncomfortable protesting against a black president and so when the white middle aged male millionaire took control of the wheel he got particularly bad. He explained the same thing happened to Regan and Bush. I do not fully agree with Chuck on this one. www.theguardian.com/books/2018/jul/20/chuck-palahniuk-interview-adjustment-day-black-ethno-state-gay-parenting-incel-movement
