Hi,
My copy of Skyrim has arrived. It needs to stay in the wrap until
a) I finish Mario Odyssey
b) I've finally spank Ganon in BOTW
I also managed to get the four champions amiibos for Zelda at the regular price (which is all one can hope for as a bargain, apparently). They are neat little figurines, but Urbosa has her support plastic beam in a really unfortunate place. I suppose they can double as educational toys at a pinch.
I played Mario but had terrible difficulties acquiring one moon. One needs to possess a particular character, get an item and carry it whilst running the gauntlet of enemies to the other side of the map. You had to prepare for this by getting rid of a barrier beforehand, because said item despawns if left alone for a few seconds. Lets say it took ... a while.

Been a while since I was in Lisbon but it was great.
If you like being offered hash everywhere you go - be a peely-wally Scotsman witha shaved head.
Apart from that all the usual stuff.
Custard Tarts, Trams, Trip to Sintra - Unesco heritage place like something out of chitty chitty bang bang.
Small enough to walk about lots of of it. The old town is a biut like the Barrio Gothic in Barcelona.
If clubbing is your bag Lux is supposed to be good.

Morning all,
Gamings - played some 3DS Tales of the Abyss
Black Friday - planned to do the Christmas shopping but ended up getting some retro gaming books instead.
Other things - foolishly went for a long walk and got caught in one of the weekends many heavy downpours. Tried to jump a bus home but ended up sat next to someone who stank of stale piss. So promptly got back off the bus and walked home in the rain.

Me and the other 7 people that are still playing Destiny 2 had a few games of Iron Banner over the weekend and won and lost a few games. Watched a few more episodes of Black Mirror, I now know what references to San Junipero are about so feel very much in the loop where popular TV show references are concerned.

I went to The Deep in Hull a year or so ago and there were no Great White Sharks there. These big aquarium places usually have them, is there some new welfare ruling which means you can't have them anymore? If so then all aquariums are shit now. |

I went to Lisbon recently. It's a beautiful city with lovely food and there was always something going on and all the drug dealers were very polite.
I suppose my question is why would you waste your time going to an aquarium?
