I'm glad to report my new kindle fire is ace and holds good battery.
Other news, it's cold and windy here also dark. It's gonna be warmer as the week goes on.
Slight hangover but nothing a couple of drinks won't shake off later

Birthday presents for granddaughter safely delivered. Hopefully this isn't causing problems for her parents. Yesterday on the phone she took an extremely dim view of this so-called "surprise" thing and burst into tears when Granny wouldn't tell her what presents she was sending her. Mean Granny! How dare you not spoil my birthday surprise!
Although I won't be getting RDR2 due to lack of compatible console I tried to explain the pump to Mr Tent Rooster by showing him some of the trailers. "Doesn't this look amazing?" I asked him. "Yes", he replied. "But what is it?" Pump, meet Deflation.
There are rumours that the PS5 will be backwards compatible. That suits me down to the ground. I've been sitting on the fence for so long that it's getting rather comfy.
