A very strange experience, totally Fallout but with a story driven by holotapes and notes, no problem playing solo but to do so they made the experience rather empty, I'll have another bash at the weekend but the initial feeling is, why? 4*(maybe)

Who wants to touch me? Oh. Couldn't see the wolves and realised after I should have used my eagle eye to light them up. What guns are folk using? What you done to them? What ammunition? |

What ammunition? took the bear down with the double barrelled shotgun. Two head shots and down he went. Other than the varmint rifle, I’ve not bought anything else or customised them. |

Another cold start slight frost although not as bad as Monday. I don't think I will bother with Fallout Online, even the single player experience did little for me.
New series of Daredevil is pretty good, sadly no time for games and that is likely to continue tonight.
In other news Nividia brought out a fancy £1,200 graphic card recently and they have been breaking down en masse on the pc gaming boards. Hilarious.

Bake Off final. No spoilers, but I would have been happy had any of the trio won. I thought they all did very well. Very close.
I then watched the first episode of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, which was not bad. I'd love it if it was set in the Cold War, but can understand why they went with the contemporary setting.
I don't particularly like what they've done with Greer.
Games
Black Flag. Not much accomplished. Visited an island to raid a warehouse, yet despite "eagle vision-ing" all and sundry, no keymaster shows up.

Late-night fish-finger sandwich was consumed.

Though not 8 times as I probably only hit it about 4. Should have changed to the shotty but panicked. If I get a chance tonight I'm going to head over and get my stone hatchett from GTA as someone posted where you get it. Are you all (Y'all!) Nodding to strangers on horseback or are you stoney faced killers shootin'n'lootin? I've been just greeting folk. |

Morning etc,
No games last night. Instead I sat through some shite programme where people make cakes or something. I wasn't really paying much attention, but I did find it a bit weird that there was no acknowledgement of the fact that one of the contestants was clearly an alien.
I will be spending the entire day in some team away day, and praying for death.

Once I bumped into a guy on a veranda and he started kicking the shit out of me. |

Thanks to some tremendous foresight and planning on my part I have back to back meetings for three hours completely covering lunch time.
TV - that bake off
Games - Arena of Valor on Switch. It has a lovely feature where it occasionally sends the rumble into a frenzy and sounds and feels like someone drilling into the side of the joycon.
Other things that matter - I can’t see that it matters really.

Guitar shop kindly arranged to deliver my new noise box to home. Shame they didn’t tell me this.
OTTM: Whilst I appreciate that the spectre of fascism in the US is alarming and a clear bad thing, it was nonetheless extremely amusing to watch the wheels falling off that insanely inept Muller smear plot in real time on Twitter. Just a shame the primary goons’ accounts have now been deleted.

The only thing that slightly annoys me about the game, apart from Arthur's voice, is the fast day/night cycle. You don't have time to do that much before you need to eat some roadkill or go to bed. |
