Didn't watch Dr Who tonight, will watch later this week, but I do like the new Doctor*.
Roast potatoes, carrots, peas, excellent gravy, and nut loaf. It was all very good. Also wine and beer.

The subsequent levels of Destiny 2 are awful, it better pickup soon or I am uninstalling. Got mullered at Fortnite and PUBG in my usual evening ritual.

Denizens of the blog - I can report that the roast chicken that I cooked this afternoon was the best roast chicken I have ever roasted.
18 hours in the marinade, 90 minutes in the oven, 15 minutes resting. It was bloody fantastic - very moist and tender - and I have loads left over for lunches for the rest of the week.
