Mrs May is on Sky News. I think she needs new batteries. Top 5 things Mrs May needs? Well, Mr Tiddles. I'm glad you asked. 1) Oxtail soup. 2) A Nintendo Switch. 3) A fart in her general direction. 4) A Cyberdyne Systems series T-800 Model 101. 5) A holiday with Toolio.

Just watched a video about flat earthers. It sort of makes sense except what do they think happens when you fly from the left hand side of the map to right, or the other way round. According to them you'd just go off into space surely?
Switches - the blue and red one looks nice, I got the grey one since the other one is a bit loud to have out in public. the special editions look like a bit of a rip off since its just some stuff etched on a grey dock, not exactly thrilling.

My Switch is red & blue as I don't mind being loud in public.

I just made tarka daal which will be eaten tonight (and hopefully tomorrow as well).
I am having a good weekend.
I still hate the tory right, brexiters, Trump, ukip, and the callous nature of society.

Also, a free bowl of tarka daal (to be collected from mine) for the first person to make an otter/hotter joke.

Predictably, as I'm a feeble minded buffoon, I've just been to the coop and bought a tin of Heinz Oxtail soup for lunch.
I'm an advertisers dream.

Would you give the Tarka daal to Jota?

Chicken is in the oven, and the roast potatoes are coming along nicely.
Spent the morning tearing around the back garden with the boy. Rich and varied activities including picking up leaves, poking things with sticks, and bumping his trike into the wall.
Then this afternoon has seen the boxed Amigas make their way into the loft. My partner has maintained the line "they're not going in the loft" for the last four years, but has realised that we can't redecorate the study without them being moved.
1-0 fingerwag.

I'm contemplating making Dahl today and using a recipe from the other place...any other suggestions? Vegetarian Poutine? There's a pub nearby that serves Poutine as a "bar snack". Had to send staff on a quest to establish that they use meat gravy and that it was therefore not suitable for my veggie friend, who had to make do with a bowl of olives while I had all the Poutine. I found that strange because the dish is practically two thirds there (unless one insists on beef drippings for the chips), why not just use vegetable gravy and make it appeal to everyone?* Cool story etc. *Edit: everyone except for the daft vegans, I mean. It's a minefield.

I have a huge pasta bake cooking for dinner, complete with bacon and Lincolnshire sausages, and of course a load of cheese. I made the mistake of playing Fortnite on a Sunday afternoon. It did not go well. Watched Rogue One on Netflix too, still a good film, everything went massively downhill for Star Wars since then.

I know that not everyone agrees with his assessment of Fallout 76, but last night I watched a video by Max Shockley aka DreamcastGuy that had some interesting information regarding that game's development. It involves a bunch of pissed Bethesda employees:
