I went to South Bermondsey for a nice evening out. Very pleasant it was too. Much nicer than the heart of darkness I visited on Sunday.
I am not 100% keen on the redeveloped London Bridge station. It is laid out in a confusing manner. I have a strong mental map of London Bridge Station as it looked between 1997 and 2001 (I worked just down the road from it) and frankly the redeveloped station is not a patch on that.

A bottle of milk? Excuse me while I go and play my Grand Piano. I thought they were all plastic stuff these days. Would this be the Caroline Lucas effect?* * I don't know what I mean by that either, something, something, recycling. There was me calling those plastic containers milk come in for years bottles.. now I feel foolish. And so you should do. Now wear this *hands over black jacket with 'Shame' emblazoned on the back*. Now state firmly, 'This is the last jacket I will ever need'.

Wtf is artifact and why won't Dakyl stop talking about it?
Dankyl! Wtf is artifact and why won't you stop talking about it?
Anyway, morning!
Last night WoW drama was in full flow. We're now 'guild linking' with another guild for mythic progress, as we are both in the same boat (roughly half the numbers required for mythic raiding). It does mean some of us (most likely me) will be benched form time to time, hence some unhappy people from our side. What followed though was fun. Massive double guild raid of heroic Uldir. 30 of us running around, battering bosses that we used to struggle with. They are so much better than us it almost wasn't funny. Anyway, 7/8 bosses down in half the time of a usual run. Good times!
Diablo! Still on Torment 8 but smashed a Torment 10 greater rift, in time, with only one death (which is pretty good considering each hit in there takes 90% of my health). Could really do with some specific drops now though, if I want to push any higher.

Morning.
TV viewing: more War & Peace. Yesterday I let the credits play out because I hate autoplay with a passion, but I usually forget to switch it off. Produced by Harvey Weinstein. Yep, that dates it.
Gaming: After my thorough preparation for Ophilia's fourth chapter boss he was a complete pushover. I even waltzed in without any followers because I forgot to recruit. Now feeling invincible and finishing Tressa's story.
Weather: ghastly.
OTTM: I remember that time when the dishwasher broke (it was an antique piece anyway, about 30 years old) and I had to do the dishes by hand. The blokes delivering the new one took it out of its wrappings in their van and promptly put a dent in the front. They were asking sheepishly whether they should take it back to the shop and exchange it for a new one in a few days. I told them I DIDN'T CARE, JUST LEAVE IT HERE, IT'S A DISHWASHER AND I NEED IT.
This is why my dishwasher has a dent at the front.

After a quick google I can see that Artifact is valve's attempt at Magic/ Hearthstone etc.
Hard pass from me. Can't do card games, don't have the patience, or wallet, for them.

Morning all. Had a wonderful drive this morning, really makes you happy to share the roads with other people. Basically had someone (probably Shenguin ) flash another car (probably Sheep2 ) to pull out of a junction, despite me bearing down on them from the opposite direction. A combination of a wet road and ABS had me juddering to a stop over quite a distance. I then arrived back home and subsequently dropped a bottle of milk. Good, good morning. A bottle of milk? Excuse me while I go and play my Grand Piano. I thought they were all plastic stuff these days. Would this be the Caroline Lucas effect?* * I don't know what I mean by that either, something, something, recycling. Yes, we have a glass milk bottle delivery of a morning. That way at least they actually get reused and recycled (glass can be melted and made back into glass), while any plastics gets "downcycled" - meaning that a plastic milk carton's material has to be made into something lesser, and eventually scrapped.

Wtf is artifact and why won't Dakyl stop talking about it? Dankyl! Wtf is artifact and why won't you stop talking about it? Its only the new Valve game. Half life 3? No thanks. Portal 2? Forget it. Artefact! Its a DOTA themed card game by the tragic the gathering guy (or somebody?) like hearthstone but you play three games at once. Also you have to buy the game upfront, buy cards and pay to play matches for cards.

"FUN WITH FRIENDS
If you’ve played card games around a kitchen table, you know the enjoyment that can come with house rules. Artifact allows you and your friends complete control in creating a tournament. Simply select your elimination or non-elimination format and deck constraints; then, challenge your friends to a crucible of your own design."
Good luck with that

Is the private chat in this game still completely unmoderated because the creator believes that in an exchange between two people there's no motivation for shit talk, i.e. he's new to the internet?

Milk? Milk is for children. I switched to Aldi own brand cream liqueur ages ago. Excellent for coffee and all breakfast cereals, and the orange juice (Aldi own brand vodka) helps to disguise the taste of the cream liqueur.

And most importantly, in pints, none of this new fangled litres rubbish. Even in the depths of last winter, with schools closed and the country at a stand still, he still delivered my milk.

I haven't seen a glass bottle of milk or milk float since the last century.

St Pancreas and Victoria are on opposite sides of London, from wherest is there a fast/slow train pairing that goes into those two respectively? If we were talking Pancreas/Paddington or Victoria/Waterloo I could see it.

I could tell you that, but Felice seems suddenly shy about his whereabouts, ever since he realised I have a spreadsheet and a big map with pins in it showing Bloggers' locations based on clues in their posts.
