Things to do, places to go. people to meet. In short; a life to live.
And what's your excuse Babyfark?

Just had a look at my Spotify "Your Top Songs of 2018" list. Which tells me I need to get the child her own account. My Last.FM will be a bloody mess. I'll need to get purging like a Stalin era censor.
Monday again. The long dark road to Xmas Eve commences.
TV. Big little lies. What annoying people. Good TV though. Got the last epiosode of Ozark to do as well. Need to fix my sickrage box as the VPN has stopped working.
Games. Mario Odyssey. Still in the Sand Kingdom. Still trying to master the controls.
Tomb Raider. Downloaded the demo but not had a go yet. I'm sure it will be the same as the last two.

I don't know what they've done with all the planes and cars and stuff, that used to be a major part of battlefield. gone? I watched a guy I follow on Twitch playing it and certainly there were bombers flattening everyone... maybe depend on map/game type? My autocorrect changed that to 'flattering g everyone' - ooh, that uniform really suits you...

I had precious little time for games but did manage to make a fool of myself on PUGB and got a few kills on Fortnite. Hopefully get the PC version of NMS for Christmas.
I ate far too much meat this weekend and my guts are not in a good way.

Maybe I'm missing something. Theres a multi-day campaign type thing that I've avoided because it was confusing. Battlechat - Bit early in the morning for this but

I'm pretty sure I've seen that Heatblur vid on here before... pretty sweet though.
Morning all. I watched Annihilation last night. Slow, considered sci-fi, reminiscent of Solaris. The SFX nearer the end seem straight out of the Amiga demo-scene. Very interesting.

Amusing work Xmas party stories? We gatecrashed the party in the room next door of the hotel we were in and lasted 20 minutes before we got kicked out. I also had a workmate who scaled a flag pole and burned the corporate flag in front of everyone. He was suspended but managed to keep his job. Seen lots of women crying on pub steps.

Was the workmate the one with the coke then? Women crying on pub steps - isn't that standard Weekend fare up north? - err down south. Wherever it was.

Step crying for me is pretty common around that magical hour between 11pm and midnight. Not sure if it takes place down South (or south of Watford, I guess we're all south to you Crank).

"I guess we're all south to you Crank"
That's what I was alluding to. I once was assaulted by a bloke from Barrow-in-Furness as he didn't like that I was "more northern" - again, see too much alcohol.
I've not been on a work Xmas night out in years. Not the official one anyway. The folk who lived in Glasgow used to have a separate one I'd go on.

I may have to go for a 4th 'comfort break'. On the plus side, I'm having another cup of tea. It's a slow news day here at chez tiddles.

Apparently you won't have a cheap shop if you participate enthusiastically in the 25% off if you buy 6 bottles of wine offer in Sainsbury. Who knew? Certainly not me. On the plus side I now have supplies of mostly reasonably priced wine. Cobblers+

I must have watched a different film called Annihilation. Have you read the book? I'm not sure the casting was right for it. Nor do I think that many scenes were well-directed. No, I haven't read the book/s.
