I'm at work. It's ungood.
No games. I'm beginning to think some of you don't have sufficiently drunken chaotic lives if you manage to play that many games.

Morning all. Games: got my arse handed to me repeatedly in rdr2. I just wanted to borrow an oil cart. My first foray into ED didn't go too well. Got kicked off the server. Apparently the server problems are down to too many people playing. Or at least trying to. Has anyone tried X4: Foundations? TV: watched the latest episode of Vikings. It's gone all bonkers since the sweeping cast changes. And not in a good way. Agreed about Vikings. It's suffered since Ragnar left. All the characters are basically cartoons; floki and Ivar in particular have dropped off a cliff. I'm sticking with it but I'm not sure if I'll have it in me to watch another season. |

I watched another episode of Mr Robot last night. I'm pretty sure it was at least 4 hours long and involved nothing more than the main guy mumbling about being weird, and the completely expressionless blonde girl sort of flirting with the evil corporate villain.
4 stars. I don't think I'll bother with it any more.

'Distant Worlds' is trending on Google. Good for those with tickets. I've done the Symphony of the Goddesses* three times as it's the only kind of concert Preferred Mammal is willing to attend.

Distant Worlds are/ is awesome. A night at the Orchestra but playing songs you know. Makes me feel cultured anyway.
Maybe the songs of (losing) Fortnite might be more up your alley, Baby?
Snow Patrol, I can't defend. As I stated, they just have sentimental value to me and the wife. I refuse to confirm or deny whether I actually like any of their songs. . .

Yesterday I took advantage of the festive e-shop (while it's still called that) sale, combined with loyalty coins and picked up Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate for 30 quid, as well as Secret Files: Tunguska. I had a look at a game by the people who made Trine called Nine Parchments, which was also going cheap, but I played their demo and died repeatedly at the same spot, forcing me to start all over again. Maybe not for me.
I also finished Therion's journey in Sociopath Troublemaker. Four down, four more to go. This is the reason why I haven't paid more attention to Smash, where I will be without a doubt absolutely terrible.
Then apropos Marina Hyde's latest column I found out that Mr Tent Rooster had been yet again under a rock all his life as he had never heard of Cthulhu. Or Lovecraft. So I had to explain again. With pictures. (Marina had suggested that Cthulhu might be made leader of the Conservative Party.)
