I'm going to pitch this entirely original horror / comedy of errors to Hand-Job Films: The Little Talking Shop of Horrors16 Days Before the Backstop Chopsing Stops the Chop Shop...In the final scene the Mini Pimper Spinster, Miss-day, loses her voice* as she tries to convince her colleagues, now entirely absorbed into the Brexit Monster, that her paint job on the backstop will satisfy their customers. Sadly all her efforts to pimp the ride are failing. The Deniers want to steal the ride and head for the hills, The Cons want to steal the customers' money and paint it blue; a third, The Reds want to hijack the ride and paint it scarlet ('money? who cares?'). And the backing group, Vince and The Vacillators want to ring the customers and ask them what they really want... The Brexit Monster is poised to do the only thing they can all agree on; as her voice gives out the monstrous vegetable closes in to eat her...*Of course she loses her voice; have you heard her sing? Sheesh!

Well at least Halo MCC is coming to PC.
My back still hurts and I have not played any games, just watched the new episode of American Gods, which was alright.

I've pulled a muscle in my back this morning.
Is the chatterbox the cause of this? The common link?
I watched some Friends last night, as well as another The Vietnam War episode. And a YouTube thing on the new Leica Q2. Now I want a Leica Q2.

The onset of middle age and a sedentary lifestyle. Your face is the onset of middle age and a sedentary lifestyle. I'm lashing out. Edit: I've wasted my 2000th post. I can fix this... The Amiga 2000 was the big-box follow-up to the original Amiga 1000. It combined the architecture of the Amiga 500 in addition to five Zorro II slots (two of which were inline with PC-compatible slots) to create a highly expandable machine. In the UK, it was sold as the Amiga 1500. This was done by Commodore UK in order to claim back the 1500 title from a third-party's expansion for the A500.

My back is still a bit sore, but nothing to do with a sedentary lifestyle, just overuse of a slightly weak back playing a LOT of tennis the past 16 months and every now and again the muscles protest. I need to work on my lower back strength more. Seriously annonyed though as it's put pay to my playing football this week and three tennis matches, plus potentially my weekend run and weights session.
Games: None. Films: Captain Marvel. Hero is OP, which bodes well for Endgame in a few weeks. Four *s TV: None Food: Went to TGIs for the first time in ages last night pre-cinema, burger and fries plus a soda for £20...daylight robbery. OTTM: This country is in the throes of a political, obesity, and knife-crime epidemic. Fuck it all to hell. Am so glad I have no progeny and am checking out in the next 40 years. Climate change will do for the rest. And if one of you starts spouting Gaia hypotheis at me I will Lovelock your faces.
Yes, I am grumpy today.

Morning everyone!
No games.
OTTM: I don't have a bad back.
Edit: my brain is obviously a wrong 'un though, I just found myself agreeing with MLU's political analysis.

Good morning.
I've gone from being in a job I hate, to finding a new job, to getting into University for next year.
What the hell is going on.

In other more exciting news.
I've now reached Dante in DMC5 and I thought I was getting a hang of the combat and he's fucked it.
I'm ready to hop aboard the hype train for The Division 2. I'm viewing it as training for post-Brexit.

Why what's happening in Reading? They voted remain. Nuke it from orbit just to be on the safe side. It's a pretty horrible place. No one will miss it. Although I did once spend a very happy afternoon there. May 2009 final day of the season since you ask. Three way shoot out. Blues in second, Reading in 3rd, Sheff Utd 4th. winner of Reading v Blues to go up, Sheff Utd up if they win and it is a draw. We scored early and won 2-1, Sheff Utd lost. By the 5th minute of injury time I was quietly confident we would go up. I've still got a poster from the game I liberated from the stadium.
