Anyone would make it chilli roulette.
And not warn people.
What you want is one or two people in serious difficulty while everyone else just has a normal sausage roll.
It is also possible he hasn't split the chillies. Or has 8 kg of sausage meat. Or 7 really small birds eye chillies. Or made 2 large sausage rolls, and 28 small ones.
Also, why is Crank splitting the chillies for gong farmers spicy sausage rolls. It's certainly not unusual for kitchen tasks to be shared, I just didnt link the two together.
