I've also got a DipTP (post-graduate Diploma in Town Planning). Any good? I was also a member of the Dennis the Menace Fan Club, (complete with Gnasher badge) though that may have lapsed (the membership that is, not the badge). I joined FOOM, it was the best package I ever received in the mail* *For younger people these were physical things not bought from Amazon But did you get a badge? Or even the X-Ray specs advertised on the back of Marvel and DC comics? |

If there is already a tv show of the book, then there is no need to read the book. That’s just basic. It's gettin oan ma fuckin tits. Had some excited WhatsApp picture/audio messages from the child. Her first tooth has fallen out. Been wobbly about a week. What's the going rate for a tooth with the tooth fairy these days? A copy of Yoshi's Crafted World? How much do you get MrTiddles for the ones you remove? I'd imagine it's more for a full set though. |

Tomorrow she'll tell her mates about it, then come home demanding to know why they get a different amount for theirs. You'll then have to make up some convoluted lie on the spot about how the tooth fairy doesn't believe in equality and gives more money to kids with rich parents. The whole situation is a minefield. |

That’s just basic. oh dear, looks like your suffering from border cross syndrome - Scots/Geordie perhaps. note: Tv guide is not a book so you're allowed to read that, the same as in flight mags and menu's. So reading is very good thing to learn, unless you have the memory of a mollusc -like me. "no we don't do much readin',no not really" time for me to transform.. |

After dredging up the SSADM* thing I had a whole rant about system development.
It boiled down to Users are fuckwits who don't know what they do, if they do they can't describe it and Senior Management don't know what a computer is.

Programming was good though
*It was methodology in my day because system analysis is basically listening to a load of waffle and then guessing what people want and then be told "that's not what I said/meant**"

The other side of the coin though is software developers are fucking eejits who assume because they've spent hundreds of hours developing an interface/platform/gui and know it back to front then it MUST be intuitive.

I remember prince2, as well as key trainer skills.... both about as useful as my O level computer studies, which back in 1982 might have seemed hi-tech, but trying to explain to the young'uns that back in the day, computers didn't have screens, or mice, or were available for home use, and you get met with a look of disbelief.
