Gave Dog two walks. Dog does not like lots of shooting. Bastards with guns do like slaughtering animals on Boxing Day. Now on my way to Blues v Norwich. Possibly to witness further slaughter. |

I see your headlice and your chickenpox and I raise you winter vomiting bug. One grandchild and her mother came down with it. The other granddaughter refused to let this put a dampener on proceedings and got her father to do the turkey, even if no-one else was eating it. Now we aren't sure whether they'll make it to our place.
Headlice became an issue for the granddaughter as soon as she went to nursery, and these days they are so resistant that it's a nightmare to get rid of them. Particularly bad for a girl with naturally curly hair and loads of it.
I've so far managed to avoid them, but Mr Enemy remembers having his head covered in paraffin by his grandmother and then being told not to get too close to the open fire...

When we looked last night after the Xmas Eve 8hr application there seemed to be not much in the way of life action. I've been scratching like mad but hopefully just my insect aversion.
I don't ever remember having them as a kid but that might be wishful thinking.
Winter vomiting hit us about 6yrs ago at Xmas. Mrs Crank was pregnant at the time. Not fun.
At the park just now. Lots of dads with kids.

So much Christmas meat made this year. Have traded a box of mint chocolates for homemade raspberry whisky, fill a demijohn with Raspberrys and then pour over teachers whisky. Seems drinkable and there isn't much to do in wales except experiment with alcohol. Merry Christmas to you all.
