I can't remember if I told you guys about the rather nice and unusual end of game statement by one of my two allies in my last game: "Chumbles I have agreed to let you have the victory. I reached to you for mercy and you give me a second chance. You opened a path for me giving me some of your stars without asking anything in return. I value those things. You are a truly awesome man. I’m glad I got to know you." Remarkably nice, but what makes it real and unusual is that my other 'ally' - who was a little underhandedly trying to grab the win - is this guy's cousin! Mind you some families are more than a little dysfunctional...  |

I may come in to do a little work tomorrow.
I may do a little work at home.
I may not.
This weather is overrated. I've had to turn the heating on in the office for the first time since early April.

Didn't get home last night till late as i had to go shopping for a birthday present for my brother in law. Then it was Asda order night and bin night.
TV. Bosch on the commute. Then watched some Bosch on the commute.
Games. Bit of The Divisioning 1 late on with my pal. Did the weekly hvt's and got a bullfrog exotic AR. Apparently it's shit according to the experts online. But I had fun unloading big clips into folk with it.
Possibly some Divisioning 2 tonight. It's a free Weekend for it if you wish to see what all the fuss is about. You don't need PS+ but apparently do need Gold thingy on the bone.
Is Mario Kart still on for tonight?

TVblog- still 30 Rock. And a first-series TNG where Worf gets some Klingon friends onboard the Enterprise.
OTTM - I thought a desk was being delivered today. But I've yet to receive any tracking information. Chances look slim to none.

The big advantage of being in Brum is anything less than a 200m rise in sea levels should be ok. I have a hill nearby so I can get to 227m pretty quickly. There is no thermostat here. The radiators are on or they are off. Currently 2 are on. 1 needs bleeding, but I do not have a radiator key for it. You need to work in small offices, not la di da posh places. This is far from the worst office I have worked in. |
