The child was waiting in the barbers playing Animal Crossing New leaf. I was explaining that as mayor she needs to do stuff for the townspeople - such as building a bridge. She wants to spend her money on making her house bigger.
A career in politics awaits I feel.

Sometimes I have nightmares where I ride a bicycle down a steep slope and I can't brake. I didn't know that it was possible to obtain footage. Over the last days (or rather nights) I didn't get enough sleep, so yesterday when I finally had some time for gaming I was constantly nodding off  (see also Chumbles's "power nap" boss baby) and dropping whatever I held in my hands (mobile phone, controller, 3DS). I kept myself awake by watching some sweet, sweet Amipal content. And then the Nintendo store emailed me and helpfully pointed out that if I pre-ordered Dragon Quest Builders 2 I would be in for a chance to win a Slime plush. Could I not just buy a Slime plush? Of course, but where's the fun in that? I really hadn't planned on getting that game at release, what with all the backlog. But Slime plush! And while I was at it I also pre-ordered Dragon Quest XI S with a chance to win a figure of The Luminary. I don't care about The Luminary as much as the Slime as he's less cuddly, but I've got to admit that the figurine looks pretty cool. These are two more games that are going to eat up all my gaming time (if I'm not too tired to hold a controller) and now they have all my moneys. Send halp. |

So the Yanks have won the football. That never happens with the blokes. Still, it pisses off Trump, so that's something one can get behind. Mr Tent Rooster's Dutch ancestry compelled us to support them in a mild, young Gouda kind of way ("Hollands! Show them where the vla* is at!"). This time there was no VAR bullshit and no dodgy penalty decision, so that's an improvement.
I wish I had some dubbelvla right now.

Well it's near the end of the Steam sale so of course I bought AC Greek Holiday, Gold Edition 60% off for £33.59, this came with the season pass which already has 2 DLCs out and a remaster of AC story of the tea haters.
Almost 65GB download!

About as good as things got for for me gaming wise this weekend. If you aim at something moving across you then, if the game's physics reflect reality, you would need to aim where the object will be. Your first two shots would only hit if the guy had stopped moving at the point you fired. Doh! Why am I commenting on an FPS bit of nonsense ... |
