First day of the school year here. P3! Dunno what year the child is in.
Fillums. Some Will Ferrell / Amy Poehler thing. Was amusing enough.
Games. Div1. Queens Tunnel on challenging. Died a few times but managed in the end. I've learned to love seeker mines. Now to try them in Div2.
OTTM. My coldsore has reduced in size slightly and now is only the size of Lichtenstein.

Morning all. TVblog - some Chef and My Fridge, then some new Archer. OTTM - treatment continues for the boy. Puffing him every four hours, which meant waking up at 1:30am and 5:30am this morning. I'd have some coffee, but fear that would lead to me going to A&E with a jazzy heart. OTTM2: New sweet content! It is not an exciting one - you have been warned.

Games
I played Shenguin at Wipeout last night.
Satisfactory.

It turns out knowledge of the tracks and having a couple of extra craft unlocked trumps naïve enthusiasm pretty much every time. Though the extra craft weren't actually any better than the standard ones Shenguin had access to.
I even opened up the races to the public. Only one person took pity on us. He won a couple of races, then I beat him soundly a couple of times and he left.
4 stars

Chatterbox wipeout you say!
Hello. Was off Thurs/Fri last week. Back to work today to find all the desks have been moved around and an email asking to move my manuals/guides from my desk. Why don't I just move my phone/pc/laptop as well. That would give a nice tidy environment.

I've just watched amipal 's sweet content. It needs jazzing up. Maybe the theme to 'Shaft' as intro music. Then, a fast forward of the rest with the Benny Hill 'yakety sax' music. Games: EDF:AI with my German Associate. TV: Watched the Palace game. OTTM: Nope, not a sausage.

Games: Some Fire Emblem, got in a good long battle session, with minimal anime bollocks. Its improving. My stance on Fire Emblem is now officially neutral.
Other things may matter, consult your physician.

Games: FE3H just finished the first act, big plot twist etc. etc. All good stuff, lots of lovely anime.
Glad I did my usual RPG research and was in the position to have an easily missed event.

Monday. Madness. All very appropriate.
Ganes: still glued to DQB2. Went to the second explorer island, threw down some bonfires, whisked out my work bench and made an impromptu frying pan, then cooked up some monster munchies and proceeded to make friends with everyone, including a sabrecub. Which I can now ride on! It's soooo much faster than walking (and, in case I haven't mentioned it yet, adorable).
However, monsters are giving me grief back on my own island. It is bad enough that I can't do anything for two minutes at my desk without an ant coming along and biting me in the butt, but I'm really beginning to dread the regular monster mob invasion because you can never tell where they are coming from. And yesterday I suddenly had some skeletons on my hands instead of the harmless whack-a-mole job. They smashed their way through one side of the entrance of my pyramid and I had to go and repair the hole myself because your villagers apparently don't care for the elaborate structure they built once they finished the blueprint. Gah! My understanding is that at this stage nothing can be done to prevent them from spawning.
TV: Midsumer Murders. The density of nobility living in stately homes in such a small area is astonishing.
OTTM: it just started raining here again.

I'm still jealous because I don't have time for that game but a builder's got to do some building to be happy.

I told you it wasn't exciting. Hastily knocked together. Don't heed the detractors - there aren't many UTub stars like you who have to script, act and direct, edit and upload their content whilst caring for a sick, querulous infant. Actually there aren't many UTub stars like you at all...

Meanwhile, the latest Trumpery reported in the Graun: Trump sought to tie the idea of a US purchase of the world’s largest island – not including the continent of Australia – to his own area of professional expertise, saying it would be “essentially a large real estate deal”.Perhaps someone should tell El Presidente that just because Green is in its name doesn't mean it's suitable for a golf course...
