I've got koftas and falafel in the freezer. I won't starve. But I'm making lunch for me/Mrs C/the child for Tomorrow and couldn't be arsed cooking twice.

Hospital appointment (was told I got a "perfect blood" in the last test; I didn't even know there were high scores) follwed by chasing up medicine this afternoon meant that I had to skip lunch. Got finally home, warmed up a naan with chicken curry, picked it up at the wrong end and dropped it on the floor.
Sigh.
Fortunately had a second curry naan handy and have now eaten.
