Filmblog - Solo: A Star Wars Story. I thought it was okay, not terrible. Had some good moments. The worst aspects was the cinematography - why is it so dark? And how bad must it have been prior to Ron Howard reshooting bits? 4* Worst Stat Wars film yet for me, I am prepared to produce an updated list as well. Stat Wars? Is that the one with Crank in it? |

You made the classic mistake of paying attention to what's going on. As soon as you do that you realise they are all objectively terrible.
This applies to pretty much everything, not just Star Wars.

I watched a film last night. It was called something like In the Tall Grass. It was ok. Not great, not terrible. I thought it was pretty good, although they clearly spent all the money on Patrick Wilson and that one scene when you see under the rock. |

Last night I played some Link's Awakening at a late hour, like, almost getting up time for scamander. Did a large chunk of Turtle Rock, including the irritating bit where you "fill all the holes with the rock that rolls", and it only took me about 25 attempts. Could have done with more sleep as a result. This morning I had my copy of Switcher 3 delivered. At no extra cost it comes with some stickers, a little compendium, a nice map, and a thank you note from CD Project Red. Awww. Now all I need is time to actually play it. Edit: hang on, if time is an illusion, what does that mean for my backlog? And my sleeping pattern? Or is it only an illusion when it comes to beer o'clock? |

I'd forgotten about Switcher, I never really got anywhere with it on PS4 so I think I might give it a miss. Did you get the Dragon Quest XI? I was thinking about Overwatch but just realised its a Blizzard product. OGTM - Northgard. Nearly bought it on the eShop and then discovered it was an Ayrton Senna cheaper to buy the cartridge version online. Playing the story mode it can be very addicting, four thumbs up. |
