That's mental. The regulars in the comments are having the same conversations we had about where and how to preserve that community. They might not be kicked out (yet) in the same fashion we were, but it's not the same as chancing upon a comment by a familiar name on a random article.
Rhik's column has always been very popular with readers, I can't see why they had to pull the plug (the way he communicates the decision doesn't suggest that it's because his kitchen cupboards are full).
Kizbot will go into mourning and never emerge again, I fear.
