I've been eating too healthily the last few days. I am therefore correcting my body balance and have purchased the following (which I will eat in my hotel room whilst sobbing): King Pot Noodle original curry flavour Beef hula hoops Big Hoops KP salted peanuts Kit Kat chunky salted caramel Yummers! Tuffers there, depleting global salt reserves in one fell swoop. |

More houmous/hummus salmonella recall and some falafel. In your face vegans.
I say that after eating a lukewarm burger tonight I probably should have taken it back to the shop.
Might have a beer to calm my stomach.
I'm actually quite annoyed as I regularly eat both houmous and falafel.
My chat about internet security this afternoon to the retired folks seemed to scare them all to bejeesus. It was that or my taps aff look. Maybe both. They've all given me their banking details to keep secure for them anyway.

I've eaten the hula hoops, nuts and kit Kat, but still have the pot Noodle for later. As an athlete, you've got to pace yourself. |

Saw the news of the salmonella contaminated humous recall and went into a panic as I had finished a pot of the stuff at lunchtime. Fortunately the "Ocado Gold Greek Style Topped Humous" didn't make the list. Phew.
Still lost my appetite. Serves me right for scoffing foreign type muck. Should have stuck with a Tuffers style pot noodle-and-crisps diet.

Come to think of it, my pot of hummus was different from the recalled products anyway. My grandchildren had added crayon as the secret ingredient (red & green).
