Good morning I went to a spin class last night. I am not ok. Got into this many years back, a short while after I was having physio on my lower back, turned out the problem was very tight glutes and hamstrings caused by the classes. These were pulling on the lower back and causing the pain located there. Otherwise quite good fun!

Is there no bread emporium on the way to work?
Amipal lives in Brighton. There 4,000 ethically sourced quinoa shops (both the shops and the quinoa are ethically sourced) and one chippie for the poor people. You can't buy anything (apart from chips obviously) anyone would actually want

I'm sat in a library this morning. Will report any sightings of white goods.

I am distressed by the explosion of swearing in this'box. I hope at least some filters are working.
Shit on the vxxxx.
Excellent. I give the swear filter 4*.

There is an option to censor words on the forum and automatically replace them with alternatives, but I haven't used it because we're all adults here, right? Oh.

The danger with the spin class, like any class is that the instructor doesn't check correct form and then expects you to blast through it all (and in fairness they don't have the time to do this). If you don't have the correct setup you can hurt yourself or open up to injury. You really need to stretch out the glutes and hamstrings afterwards, good 10/15 mins otherwise you'll be slowly bunching the muscle groups up until something bad happens. Took me a good while to rehab back into anything following my experience of it all.

A kid ran over and stood next to her peering in the window at the donuts. The parent came over and said something along the lines of "no donuts, now eat your seaweed". It's beyond parody at times. 'Modern Parents' has become real.

Sheep and scamander know.
Anyway, if I bought bead on may way to work, I'd also need to bring butter, mayonnaise, and cooked bacon and chicken in with me, then make my sandwiches at my desk.
And what sort of nutcase would do that?

And what sort of nutcase would do that? I popped into a bookies on Saturday morning, an elderly dear had camped on one of the tables. Not only was she hogging the copy of the Racing Post she had a loaf of bread and was making sandwiches (looked like jam ones). This was at 11am.

And what sort of nutcase would do that? Your company should be providing a kitchen area, maybe take it up with the Works Council?

But that's exercise. You need to exercise before and after you exercise? Madness.

Morning all,
Gaming - tried to sign up for the np game but missed the boat. No other gaming. TV - interesting documentary about the Scottish storm of 1968 and it's impact on housing in Glasgow. Realised I lived in one the buildings featured when I was younger and turns out it has a pretty grim history. Other - no sign of the kettle boiler so far.

The roof collapsed during the storm and killed four people (it was a tenement). Talking to my folks they remember being told about it by the neighbours who lived in the block during the storm.

We have a canteen, but no food preparation area. I think we're expected to buy from there rather than bring our own...

Just had a conversation with an accountant downstairs who remarked I "looked well enough now" and "recovered pretty fast" from my bug. Should I interpret this as an accusation of faking it?
