"Hello. I am not prepared to spend any more money with your business on returning a non-existent product, as you probably realise. Thanks."
30 minutes later..ker-ching!
I'll leave it a few days and pop up to Lancashire on a business trip. No loose ends.

Morning all!
I did not watch the debate. I did watch the report of it on the News at Ten though.
TVblog - watched some Midnight Diner, and then a Z Nation. And then more Mars.
That last one is giving me a hankering to read the Mars trilogy again.
Amigablog - the eternally-validating hard disk finally validated. I reckon the drive itself is in its way out. I think I need to assess exactly how I want that machine be set up - maybe boot from SD, then have a separate hard disk on the secondary along with the CD writer... hmm.

Games: not terrible. Mario Odyssey. I'd forgotten I'd bought it. Jumped around for a bit. It was ok.
Will add some Switch fwiends once I've got broadband set up.
Debate: terrible. The twin pillars of modern government: dishonesty and incompetence.
Mourinho: terrible. I've rationalised from the perspective that he's only going to be there for a couple of seasons, and he does have a record of winning trophies.
Tv: terrible. Lake Placid. I couldn't remember if it bad-good or bad-bad. 5 minutes was all it took.

Here's how things will progress from here: First year: Goes OK, you win either the FA Cup or League Cup. The club spends big over the next two transfer windows. You fail to obtain CL qualification this season but scrape into the Europa league. Second year: League campaign begins badly, despite having spent a lot of money pre-season Mourinho is complaining he did not have enough for player A and clubs A,B and C all spent more than Spurs. By this point several of your senior players are ostracised by Mourinho's bullshit. You have very few decent young players in the team. It becomes clear by January you will not make the CL league. Mourinho is sacked in late January/early February. A new boss comes in, you scrape in to the Europa League. Whoever comes in next will have far less money to splash about than Mourinho did. |

Pretty sure Black Noir will be the key to everything in about 6 seasons time.
Pretty excellent TV.

Hello. Games! I played some destiny for about 15 minutes. Most of the evening was spent researching socks.
I might start a new character in bloodborne tonight, the “this town’s finished” guys are very much the zeitgeist.
This has nothing to do with the fact the my old character remains stuck on both NG+ Rom and Dungeons Rom simultaneously.
