I'm convinced Chumbles still reads this garbage albeit without logging in.
If so, a message;
"Come back, old man. You're the curmudgeon we need in these difficult times"

I’m off work this week, got up about 11 and only did about an hours work so far today.
Now if you’ll excuse me I’ve got a PlayStation and Nintendo switch waiting for me.

How can the Sheffield United result be mentioned without acknowledging that 'the Scottish Wayne Rooney' chipped in with a goal. Little known fact for our English contingent: every time an English wonder kid comes through, the Scottish press crown one of our players as a sort of off-brand Scottish version. Craig Brown unilaterally announced that Darren Mackie was the Scottish Michael Owen (fast) I think you'll find Mark Burchill was the Scottish Michael Owen before Darren Mackie came along. All those Michael Owens and we achieved nothing...

Bottom line, enjoy or not, nobody dies. Oh. I didn't realise that was the rule. My bad.

HDM chat: I would say that due to budget and basically a film perspective, a lot of scenes would be far too busy if they showed all the daemons. One of the most faithful books to film adaptations were the early Harry Potter films, they only started getting good when people took the essence of the books and made a film. Same with TV, I thought "Good Omens" was fun and really well done whilst still quibbling about certain things. Bottom line, enjoy or not, nobody dies. The Harry Potter movies started getting good? Did every single character get hideously butchered and their dead bodies cannoned into the Sun?

Did Chumbles flounce because you guys were bullying him about his neutral stance on Prince Andrew? It was the mature position to take so he could reunite the Chatterbox once its all finally over.

I think we covered this already. The general conclusion was that the 'box didn't display a very enlightened attitude to mental health issues, and he probably didn't wish to either hold fire in his opinions or feel that fully expressing them would be helpful.
I for one think it's a stain on our collective character that could only be erased by his return, but then we'd have to read about medical issues again, so I'm on the fence.*
*For the avoidance of doubt, this is a joke.

The death of irony.

Chumbles possibly felt intimidated by my presence as a superior Neptunes Pride guy, I have 4 of the biggest shiniest medals whereas he only has a measly 1. That seems like a more likely explanation.
I distinctly remember him asking me for tips and advice on strategy.

I miss Chumbles, I don't understand why that particular issue pushed him over the edge considering. If I ever flounce* it will be because of boredom and since I'm still here you lot have a way to go. *If I flounce I will definitely flounce back, but only once, so don't take me for granted.

I don't think the word appreciated means what Felice thinks it means. I always thought it meant "a person who was occasionally interesting but most of the time was a nitpicking cunt", I may be wrong.

You know what annoys me about Frozen? I'll tell you. The whole mess could have been avoided if the sister with the powers just said what the problem was, instead of being stubborn about it. She's asked literally fifty times what's wrong, and just refuses to answer. Absolute dickhead. Thats your issue? Mine is this. The main background is Elsa finally comes of age, ie made Queen. Until this point the country must have been run by a regent or commitee. When Elza goes Snow Witch this committee allows an underage princess to give power to a foreign prince and does as he says. A foreign power states Elza commits treason even though treason would be a crime against the crown, which is Elza. Zootropolis is a much better movie with the joke "I may be a dumb bunny but one thing bunnies are good at is multiplication"

Remember Seren leaving because of the use of the word wench?
Not buxom tavern wench (the best kind of wench) just wench.
I still cant believe that was how low the bar of tolerance was set.

There was a schism, Prudy01 was the saviour because he,(she?), was silent but omnipresent and then they spoke. Some believed it was a revelation. Some, correctly, believed it was a sign of a false prophet who should be abjured.
