Film - I think I watched a film, but I couldn’t tell you what. Frozen 2, again. No, it was Pitch Perfect 3. That’s not an improvement.

Noticed the 'sleep well in a fire' guy is still around at the other place. Even got a pick on the Rick and Morty article.

I gave the R&M comments a wide berth, on the assumption it would probably just be:
"PICKLE RICK!!!" x500

Also because I've only ever seen two episodes and thought it was crap.

Games - no Tv - an episode of Rick and Morty, a Rick and Jerry episode. Film - I think I watched a film, but I couldn’t tell you what. I watched that Rick and Jerry episode last week. It's a good'un.

Where are people watching the new series of Rick and Morty? The channel 4 website/app? Think I found the first episode on some random streaming site, but I’ve since found out they’re on all 4, so I’ll stick with that.

Does PS do game share? My friends xbox is 'in the other room' so everything he takes from gamespass, games on gold, or buys anything digital automatically appears on my xbox for free. And Vice Versa. So we go halfers on big releases digitally, makes it much cheaper. I dont even have to subscribe to gamespass.
Split screen games are rare, borderlands 3 has split screen would probably be quite fun.
Bus Drivers are a mixed bag, Some of them are ok.
Car chat, I would quite like to get one of the new Honda electric ones for my next car.

On the Xbox all the Halo games with the exception of 5 will be local split screen. I think the COD games are split screen too. Then there's obviously all the fighting and football games. There's actually a reddit sub dedicated to this at www.reddit.com/r/localmultiplayergames/

Thanks for the answers everyone, and sorry for making the chat be about games, all a bit off-topic really.

Rolling
Older films are probably better.
Psycho The Birds The Fly Invasion Of The Bodysnatchers Dracula (Chris Lee Version) Frankenstein The Night Of The Hunter Cape Fear Also The Omen & Omen 2 although they are heavier
I watched all of those fairly young. Never did me any harm.

It Follows is my favourite horror film, I think it's on Netflix now too. That film gave me nightmares.

The Ring is pretty good as well.
Night Of The Living Dead and Dawn Of The Dead are also pretty good. NOLD is not ultra violent. Alien
If you want to be a bad parent Rec & Rec2 are excellent films. As is Battle Royale The Exorcist is also much better watched in the dark alone and in the theatrical cut version

I also watched some of the red triangle films on Channel 4 way back in the late 80s. I wouldn't recommend watching those with your parents though. Badly dated arthouse films with a tiny bit of sex in them is not the way forward.

My pensioner neighbour has been binge-watching 80's Euro-porn horror films. He's a very happy 77 year old.

I've got one for the collective. My kid is getting into horror films. She is only 13 but I am a terrible parent so I am letting her watch some with me. It's off the back of Stranger Things, so we watched It the other day. What are some other horror-y films we could watch that are scary without being mega violent or disturbing? I was thinking Scream might be OK, and maybe the Babadook. I'm positive I will get some helpful suggestions. The Babadook is probably the scariest thing I have ever seen

Afternoon 'box Ganes: None although watching a youtuber do a full lore playthrough of Bloodborne definitely soaks up the hours. TV: caught up on HDM. As I've not read the books for a fair while now am struggling to discern what's been changed and what remains faithful. No doubt tenthen can summarise for me as she's keeping tabs. OTTM: the dog hasn't woken me up for a pee two nights in a row now. No idea why though as I let him drink water freely again. Hug a husky you say? Electrical cars - am in a similar position to Shenguin(?) in a leafy suburb of the 'ham and nowhere to charge a full electric so having to go hybrid next car. Currently drive a twin turbo 1 series BMW with 220bhp and averages 35 mpg combined on Shell V Power. God I love turbo chargers.
