Porco Rosso confused the hell out of me when I first started watching it but, you go with the flow. Going with the flow is generally good advice. I've still got to watch Porco Rosso.

It's a tad blawy as they say in these parts. Eating in the hotel tonight to avoid the child getting blown into a dock.
More pool action earlier after the v&a. I had my traditional 2 mins in a steam room & sauna. This room has a better TV than our house and we should have brought the switch.
Dundee seems to have more hairdressing places per square foot than anywhere I've been. Do Bridie's and jute make your hair grow?

You know the toyshop you're in is slightly on the posh side when you hear one of the other punters in there shouting "No Jonty, where not buying you another dimetrodon"

Hello all!
Today has been a busy one. Took the boy down the seafront this morning on his balance bike. It took us 45 minutes to get back to our road, a walk which usually takes ten minutes. He was... troublesome. Then a trip to B&Q over lunch. This time, the trouble came from traffic.
TVblog - Picard. I'm struggling to understand why some of the characters act the way that they do. And this is despite being told why they are angry.
Gamesblog - No.
OTTM - the weather down south his been glorious today. Sunshine and blue skies this afternoon.

Sharing steak with chips, French style peas and stem broccoli. Served with two sauces and a bottle of red. Kerching!
I think the child had food as well. I jest. She had proper fish goujons and other assorted things.
Pissing with rain and blowing a gale outside.
Rugby eh? Marvellous*
*Or not. Dependent on allegiance.

Yo!
I'm drinking High Wire, watching boxing and have a chicken, chickpea and coconut curry on the hob.
Anyone* interested in touching in me?
Gains? RDR2 last night for a few hours, just exploring, it's a masterpiece, can see it being played for years. No games so far today.
OTTM? I've hopefully secured the trampoline. Guess I'll find out soon enough as it's getting a bit windy out there.

I got half way through the 2010 True Grit... 4* It's a very good film, its only problem is that Lloyd Bridges doesn't fill the screen. Hailee Steinfeld, however, is excellent - very hard to believe that she's only 13-14 at the time of shooting. In short I got half way through because I thought "why am I watching a remake of a better film. 4 hrs to Force 9 gusts of wind... never more glad that I bought a decent fence ...

Trampoline watch with Tuffers Oddie: Still there. Due to be at its highest between 3-4... most areas will get peaks of half a centimetre per hour... If that trampoline takes off, don't take the risks of going outside. Those gusts are going to be picking up and throwing stuff around and the first you'll know is when it smacks into you...

I have been to a hipster pub which charged £7.60 for a pint. And this was not a fancy exotic 9% plus beer, it was a crappy local 5.5% ale.

I've moved on to red wine, a nice rioja called Muriel from the local co-op. So, unless things get really hairy*, I expect /hope to be snoring between 3 & 4 am. *Like your mum/face/wife/preferred mamal /Philip Schofield /goat/favourite film etc etc zzzzzz....

My knockers are already banging like crazy... and the forecast is for some really filthy stuff midday (including Force 10 gusts) today, and Tuesday Rioja, you lucky bastard; I soooo wish I could still drink alcohol. tenthenemy I seem to recall you liking olives; the perfect match is Manzanilla... chilled, it is very very easy to gently munch your way through a big bowl before realizing there's an empty bottle ... ABV 15 o, it's pokey... €58.63 per 12+ delivery, sounds pricey, but I used to split half a bottle with the ex and put a vacuum cork in it.. didn't suffer even after a week. Brilliant aperitif - loosens tongues and fires up the appetite

Games, none recently. Storm, blew over the empty recycling bin. No flying trampolines in sight but some poor goat has had a bad night by the sounds of it. Third power cut of the year, less than a minute but one last month was 45 mins, postbrexit Britain?
