The reunion where Shenguin and crankcaller are joined by sandybahookie
The distant echo Of faraway voices boarding faraway trains While on the streets The lazy cold wind blowing icy cold rains

Games - Far Cry 5. Shot a place up. Got kidnapped. Got rescued. Shot another place up. Stole a lorry. Great fun. 4 stars.
DQB2 - downloaded the demo and looked at it in my steam library.

Also Far Cry 5. Didn't have much of a window last night. Blew up the first shrine on dukes island and did some silent pipe batterings.
More Better Call Saul on the commute.

Hello all. 'Sup? Gamesblog - Apparently I'd never harvested some of the farm's fields. So doing that now has my settlers doing it for me. I finished my bespoke dairy - that's so that I can have butter being made while I get on with other things. Like trying to make my big housing block more fancy. One room has a piano! TVblog - sci-fi night! The Expanse followed by Altered Carbon. All good. Amigablog - new sweet content available.

Games! No!
OTTM: I am now bespectacled so celebrated being able to see things again by going to the bookshop and buying books for the heap. Diary of a Madman etc by Gogol and Folk by someone I’ve never heard of called Zoe Gilbert, but Madeline Miller rates her and that’s good enough for me. Then again, JG Ballard rated Clive Barker, and Clive Barker is bloody terrible, reams and reams of absolute bollocks. All that said, neither Gogol nor Gilbert appear to have maps so, instead, I read a book about volcanoes* which has maps in abundance. The heap, however, is looking splendid.
*not LOTR

Ganes: Control, for 10 minutes.
Telly: Picard - no idea what's going on. I must have stopped paying attention at some point.
Ottm: yesterday I fitted 3 inner tubes to a new wheel to set up my new turbo trainer, and all 3 popped after 5 minutes use. It's irking the fuck out of me. The latest one hasn't burst, but the tyre looks like it's sitting unevenly, with some parts narrower to the rim, as if the tube is somehow more inflated at some points than others. How is that even possible? I am at a loss. WHY IS LIFE SO FUCKING HARD???
Hi, by the way.

Clive Barker is bloody terrible, reams and reams of absolute bollocks. I respectfully disagree. your face is absolute bollocks. Hellbound Heart is good, but that’s because he kept I’d down to 150 pages and a simple core of sex and violence. Weaveworld and Imajica are just blather. Fiction for electronic engineering students and warhammer fans.

Weaveworld is one of the best novels set inside a carpet. On that we can surely all agree.

I used to read all/sf quite happily, but the pulp horror factory that is Clive Barker I eschewed after 1 chapter. I tried a couple of times more and consigned his stuff to the dustbin. I suspect he's a marmite author.

This is a question for a Belgian, or some such other perverted user of turbo trainers. PD Malc, for example. What I do know is that not all tyres are good for them. Plus it sounds like I built your wheel. Asymmetric circles are a speciality of mine.

Hmm.. Having just had a look at the list of Clive Barkers books I certainly wouldn't recommend going anywhere near anything written later than 1991. To quote someone, can't remember who, some of them are bloody terrible. Reams and reams of absolute bollocks.

I am working from home, and so far have mainly actually been working. Absolutely ridiculous. I did take a brief break to watch some FFVII remake gameplay, and some youtuber breaking an old atari or something, but that's about it.
No games

There’s no need for an anti static bracelet, the Atari is powered by steam.
