Just back from a smashing wee (16 seat) Malaysian restaurant. Pork belly muu and noodles, marinated mushrooms and coconut rice pudding for dessert. Opted for coffee with condensed milk to top off the fat bastard nature of the meal. Now home for some alcohol and TV/gaming. ****

Made it home through the Brum rush hour, dinner: scampi, green salad, quaffable New Zealand Sauvignon.
Played more Zelda, read Mipha's diary. Poor Mipha, always unlucky.
Also got an email from Nintendo that Detective Pikachu for the 3DS is now available for preorder. Wantwantwant. I need to fix my battery issue first, though.

Does anyone else want to add themselves to the growing list of 'boxers apparently looking for sympathy because of jobs / sick kids / hospital / wife is a Soho sex worker? I'm genuinely uncertain whether it's still ok to be rude to them. Scubar, BabyFark, Tent Hen, Smellavision... anyone else I should add? Depends do you want a 'box that welcomes people or a more traditional 'box like Lord of the Flies? I prefer the former. |

I watched the 5th Black Mirror 4th series episode with my ex this evening. I also noted that it was Kate Humble was running away from robot dogs. It was also one of the best 40 minutes of TV I have ever seen. Very tightly written, filmed and edited. Absolutely brilliant. It was a bit like Psycho had been better written and edited, with a whole load of other shit thrown in there. Amazing.
I also really liked Kate Humble's Off The Beaten Track. I haven't fancied anyone that much since Clare Balding was on C4's horsey programme. [melancholic sigh] Also, Teg is brilliant. Not as good as my friend Dog, obviously. But still pretty good.
Edit: I also saw Dog this evening, and I'm walking him tomorrow morning. I'm happy.
