Good Morning. Nothing of interest to say. Just 'The Lad' spouting some utter bollox yesterday, but a lovely moment when he realised that he was spouting nonsensical paranoid guff and pissed off back into his flat. 4*
Tried watching the last half hour of Fargo again last night, fell asleep again.

Morning.
Nothing of note. Finally mowed the lawn (tiny garden, had been making do with a strimmer) and it looks completely different. Tried to fix wobbly slabs on the new patio. Broke a slab. Built some planters for Preferred Mammal to start planting seeds in. Games? No. Started watching Once Upon a Time In Hollywood. Hour in, still waiting for something to happen, although I did like the Bruce Lee bit. Also fired my prime membership back up and carried on with Black Sails, and used my audible membership to get The Wise Mans Fear to get ready for the potential release of Doors Of Stone in August.

Morning all,
This weekend I picked up Field of Glory 2 from steam. It's a tabletop game which deals with various battles in history. Only played the tutorial and one genuine battle (Rome's invasion of Britain). Very good thus far but I am aware that there's a lot of mechanics I'll need to learn.
It's goung to be modifiers and tackle zones all over again....

Which island? Just so I can say you haven’t missed much. St Mary is nothing special, Bryher and St Martin are boring, Tresco is nice, but once you’ve done the gardens that’s about it. St Agnes is a pain in the arse to get to, and the only thing to do there is drink. |

Bare in mind that we would have had our three year old with us, so walking and sitting on the beach/green-space is sort of all we need from a holiday currently. |

Morning.
Top day yesterday. Strimmer and mower are both now defunct of fuel. Lawn is slightly striped.
Small dog was feeling the heat, so dug about the Nicky Clarkes, and attempted a 12mm clip. Found out after completing 75% of task that dog really doesn't like being clipped below the knees, and so she now looks as if she has moon boots.
Better get oven on, as planning a roast chicken.
Games? No.
