Goddamn hay fever. It's only a few weeks and I'm pretty sure it's a tree pollen; 45 years ago it was grasses, but it lasted May-October - oddly never in France. |

Morning all,
Had a tough time with AC odyssey last night. One chap called 'the poisoner' was just not allowing me to kill him. Very tough fight until I used the tried and tested tactic of running away to a high spot and then booting him off it.
War isn't glorious.
I also hid on a ledge to help me take down the legendary boar. I'm the wurst.

Kingdom Come: Deliveroo - delivering food around a plague stricken village, on horseback.
Full of shonk, but I’m intrigued to find out more. Frustrating moment trying to escape on a horse, kept falling off. It’s not the most intuitive of games, but there’s enough there to keep working at it. Also discovered that you can pick herbs for money, and if you do it enough times, you can build your strength up too.

Hello. Ganes? No. Telly? Sharp Objects. It is good. Spooky like True Detective, and it has Amy Adams in. Ottm? I had a game of socially distanced tennis with a human from another household. We were not allowed to touch each others' balls, per Nicola's command. We made quite a few hilarious jokes on this theme. Also, I am in drastic need of a haircut. Soon I will resemble one of Melvazord's lazy minions. |

Oh yeah, AC Odd, I played that the other night. Nearly completed Kephalonia, just met Elpenor and stole the Cyclops’ eye. Spartan kick was the first skill I picked. Booting people off mountains is the best.

Booting people off mountains is the best. It's mighty fun. Plus it can be a lifesaver, if you are in a scrap with a big nasty it's an easy instakill. Just remember where they land so you can loot them. The most delicious moment is catching an enemy mid-air as they are leaping at you and volleying them off a wall or highpoint. |

Good morning, you lot.
TVblog: my partner watched a couple of episodes of Gardener's World, which was a calming background presence while I poked around on my phone.
Then Justified.
Gamesblog: more CD32 action, as previous recordings just weren't up to scratch. I've got the machine's audio-output itself plugged straight into the camera's mic socket, and the output is noisy as hell. I think I've managed to get a cleaner recording this time round thanks to playing around with settings.
Thing is, I now need to get some commentary over the top, and I can't do that with a full house. I'll have to wait til the go out.
