I'd like to point out that my forelocks are now so long, they occasionally stab me in the eyeball.

Morning all.
Back at work today. By which I mean sitting in front of the work laptop at home. Time to delve through a week's worth of unread emails... or just delete them.
Gamesblog: Skyrim, natch. Level 30 now, and things are getting tougher by the dungeon for this ol' Elf Mage. I did go and spend 90% of my hard-earnt gold on Destruction training though, in the hope that this will assist in future.
TVblog: Community.
Amigablog: WarpSCUMM works well (at least until it crashes the machine)! Played the start of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis.

Looks like the pubs may be opening soon! I predict everything is fine for a couple of months then it all goes to shit just before I hit 40.
Games: Got my mojo back in Fortnite with two 2nd places in a row.

Morning all,
Millenials v Gen Z. It's a thing apparently.
Spent the weekend reading more about eclipses in antiquity. Just prior to the batyle of Plataea Herodotus goes off oabout a chap who cut half his foot off to escape the stocks. He had a new wooden foot made.
Some more AC Odyssey, ship is lookimg nifty and hope to advance enough on the main story to unlock the DLC.
Amipal - how do you fare on conjuring assistance? Raise Zombie must be useful in draugr tombs?

Games: I had no Fortnite mojo last night, so I spent some time navigating menus, and then lost 1-0 to Brugge on PES 2020.
No eclipses, battles, or use of stocks yet today.

I love Emily Rainford-Brent; good-looking, intelligent, loves cricket and with a cracking sense of humour matched by a laugh so infectious that I can't help grinning whenever I hear it. She also has sound views. Favourite TMS commentators / summarisers Ebbers Tuffers Daggers Aggers and Dan Norcross* *The temptation to put "and Barney McGrew" was very strong...

Games None since Friday
Big Drink Saturday Not since Saturday The beer monster broke free on Saturday. He was pretty thirsty. He was not socially distant with the polypin of beer.
Football Lots, but I don't like it without crowds
Books Embers Of War by Gareth L Powell Top quality trashy sci-fi. Recommended
Four Stars
OTTM I don't feel as good today as I did yesterday. This is despite not indulging the beer monster last night

Morning all. Damp out.
TV. Upload. Quite enjoying it actually.
Games. SW Battlefront 2.
The person who deals with the main contact email for work is off for a fortnight. It's been given to me to deal with. Tremendous.
"Have you tried rebooting your e-reader?"
Baby - it always goes to pot just before your 40th - covid or no covid. But yeah. Second Tsunami incoming.
The child is doing Joe Wicks exercise stuff in front of me while I pocket munch quality street.

Morning Games - yes Tv - yes Films - Sleepless in SeattleYou old romantic. I've always thought you had hidden depths... Yes, hidden depths... Murky depths, so You've Got Mail is next on your route to slack-jawed idiocy ... I'm already there, I love both films and have to ration my viewing of such to stop my brain meltdown

Morning all! Its all happening today.. I unplugged and moved the router this morning and its now just flashing orange nonstop and refusing to give internet. So working through my mobile phone internet connection
Games - The Last of Us 2. Top banana. 1st class horse technology. Its been a bit slow so far but it seems like it might pick up shortly... no bad murders yet.
TV - The Art of Persia is on again tonight. Its a bit of a misnomer imo since its more of a history of Persia with some art thrown in. Still, top banana. Give it a wiggle.

Don't the chocolates end up sticky and revolting if you keep them in your pocket?
Or was that some appalling euphemism?

Millenials v Gen Z. It's a thing apparently. I've just read that article on the G. I didn't really understand it. I don't have a graun account but looked it up. Seems like the Gen Z lot are not overly impressed with the millenials. To paraphrase one irked Gen Z'er. "they still go on about Harry Potter. I got over that in year 7".

The term 'pocket munch' generally means to surreptitiously eat things - not necessarily have in your pocket.

As no one can seem to decide if the year I was born makes me gen x or a millennial I'll just sit on the fence and point and laugh as the world burns. Which now that I think about it is pretty much just gen x.
Hi!
Games: cant settle on anything, flipped between Far Cry Primal (stone age man is my spirit animal) and Titanfall 2 multiplayer. I enjoy playing TF, despite the fact I go from one game getting a 3:1 kill ratio and feeling like an absolute beast to the next game getting my neck snapped every 30 seconds by one guy who has been playing it for 3 years solid.
OTTM: I have to go back on site in 2 weeks time. So I've taken that week as holiday, because fuck that noise.
Authentic frontier gibberish: I'm considering if I can convert/kitbash a Stromcast and a Primaris into a Thunder Warrior or whether I should just stick to the 15 projects that are already overwhelming me.

Whilst it's tempting, perhaps especially in youth, to blame a generation for ones problems and to chose to be blind to the value of their cultural lynchpins, it seems ultimately misguided and counterproductive.
The world's problems aren't caused, and won't be solved, by a particular generation. Whether it's economic injustices, racism, or climate change, every generation has its victims, its dispossessed and its disempowered. What's needed is more understanding, systemic improvement, and more kindness. And quite why you bleating millennial cunts are all too thick to see that is beyond me.
