Just small enough to fit in my mouth... That's the biggest shoe Baguette I've ever seen!

If you remember the Formula One board game ... ...a very great friend and I created a variant calld Rather Nasty Formula One (before Whacky Racers!) where each driver could equip their car with stuff like machine guns, grenade launcher, a portable black hole ... great fun!

Porridge with raspberries and blueberries was a really tasty breakfast. But I've now got a real hankering for a bacon & egg roll to go with my coffee.
Very rarely - if ever tbh - do we make such things at home. Damn.
{Insert shenguin telling me about a full English here}
TV. Sacked off the good wife. Started The Americans. Much better.
Games. Got Fallout 76 to run eventually after someone on Reddit posted a fix involving copying an ini file. Had a wee mooch about sort of learning the controls.
OTTM. Today will be spent cutting the grass and cleaning the house. Yay!

Does anyone else, especially on mobile, misread who a post has been made by, read the post, think "Jesus, did they really just post that? What the fuck is brainwrong with them today?", and then scroll up and realise the post was by someone else, and think "Ah, them, that's ok, it's perfectly normal in that case."?
The proximity of this post to Tent Hen's post about modifying Formula 1 board games is entirely coincidental, and no offence is intended.

Today I am supposed to be gardening. However, I cannot peel myself away from the telly. Jofra on fire so far. ☝️

Norwich I've been there a few times. It used to awful to get there.5 hours.
The dualling of the A14 from the M6 to Cambridge made a big difference. Though the roadworks by the M11 over the last few years have reversed many of the gains.
Also the dualling of the A11 has helped. It's now 3 hours each way. A plausible journey I am very much hoping to see Blues there next season.

It's when Chumbles starts going on about turnip prices that we do a double take.
Hot cross buns and coffee for breakfast because fortunately Waitrose agrees that it's a shame to only have them at Easter. Give the people what they want!

Faceless's Book Review #1: Consider Phlebas by Iain M. Banks. It was ok. It's the weakest of The Culture novels, purely by being the first one. They get a lot better. By the time you get to Excession they are among the best, if not the best, sci fi series.

I watched Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan last night. It was ruddy brilliant. A very strong 4*.
The James Horner soundtrack pretty much makes the film.

My wonderful shopping angel went out for a spin on her new bike a Suzie GSXR1000 ... Plays strategy games too... Shame I'm past it! Hell, I hardly remember what "it" is or where I left it! She very kindly took a photo of her Suzie this morning.

I have never even been to Norwich. Barbeque smokers - anyone got one? Are they relatively idiot proof? How deep down the rabbit hole are you willing to go? A couple of smoked chickens take a day brining and 6 hours low and slow, you'll need the smoker, thermometer, chimney starter and a good wood supply. Lumpwood charcoal not this remade rubbish, considerate neighbours and an afternoon after smoking to clean it all off.
