Morning Ominously quiet round these parts.... did I miss the rapture? Normal folk are sleeping in as long as possible ... I would too, but it didn't get below 22c last night in my residence. It's already 25c in here. I have to wake every 1-2 hours and a bucket full of tablets at 5.30 rather screws up any chance of a lay-in. By 4 pm it will be 38c in here #PRAYFORCHUMBLES |

Morning All.
Tentacle porn first thing on a morning? Not my thing but you do you, Admin.
Passed my driving test yesterday. First time too (first test got cancelled due to 'rona), with only 2 minors, both suffered in the first 3 mins. Anyway, now to actually learn to drive properly. . .
Games! In a bit of a rut. Couldn't be arsed with either Harvest Moon or P5G last night so combed the Steam library instead. Settled on 'God Eater 2'. Seems like a kind of Monster Hunter game. Ok so far but still not sucking me in.
TV! New forged in fire where they compete against a judge in the final. Wasn't too bad. Then, episode 2 of Arctic Alone. One person ran after a bear, one ran after a wolf pack, a third fell over carrying a log. Bunch of nutters if you ask me, but interesting to watch nonetheless.

Morning all.
The temperature was just silly when I left the house this morning at 8:40. I had a word.
It was only hotter for more ascent home after dropping the boy at nursery, and then visiting the butchers. Just not on.
On the plus side, at least the sodcasting children weren't in the playground this morning. Abnoctious youths.
Gamesblog: Skyrim! Cleared out a draugr-infested ruin, which ended with a massive hall filled with the bastards. CHAIN LIGHTNING!
I had to reload a few times due to Faendal getting awfully close to my magic eruptions.
TVblog: no.
YouTubeblog: the latest Wheel of the Worst from Red Letter Media. Entertaining.

Hello! I’m still about, just horrifically busy and being forced to take days off to use them up, thereby making me even more horrifically busy. Four stars.

For what it’s worth, my book collection is mostly appalling tatty paperbacks. A friend once said that you can tell a lot about someone by the books they have and how they’re organised. After looking at my shelves his shoulders visibly slumped “it’s just... chaos, and look, here you’ve got the same one twice”.
It’s almost as though he wasn’t previously aware that I’m an idiot.

Hey, that reminds me of that funny dream that I had when I was still married to that trawlerman from Hull. How did Admin know about that? I think it was on a Tuesday, though. Congrats to Conchord! Last day of shielding, apparently. And so the Pref. Mam. got his letter telling him that he is at risk and should be shielding just in time! Like, yesterday.
