Halloween can suck my balls.
Ganes, DS3. I can now use my big chopper, the Butcher Knife. It's pretty sweet. Made it to the 4th boss, Crystal Sage. But it was later on and my heart wasn't it it so I was promptly dispatched by his spells and helpers. Hopefully try again later.
Making pork fillet vindaloo later, Goan style. With rice and shop bought chapatis.
OTTM, windy out.

Is DS3 good? Are you enjoying it? I am DS3 curious. I liked Demons and Bloodborne but didn't get on that well with DS or DS2. I have to admit that your posts have kindled my interest, as you are one of the big hitters.

Yes, I am enjoying it immensely, but alas I am a souls NOOB. Haven't played Demon's, DS or DS2. I do own and have played Bloodborne - was enjoying this too until I kept getting a pasting from the first boss so sulked and haven't played it since. I still have the game save though and I will get back to it at some point. What I did differently with DS3 is persevere with the first boss, and then take more interest in the detail/lore and the stats/levelling. I am only at the 4th boss and my play time is over 50hrs. I'm not the best at it, the boss fights are brutal for my old reflexes, but it is good fun.
Pretty sure there are several Souls experts on here who have finished/platinumed ds3, so they will know a lot more than me. *looks at Sheep2*

I really enjoyed DS3, right up to the point I completed it, and being very proud of beating a hard game by modern standards, only to have one of my mates say "isnt that the easy one?"

I have never played a Watch Dogs game. Is Watch Dogs Legion going to be good? Should I fire up the pump scooter for it?

I have no doubt this would happen. More so if my PS5 pre order arrives on time as I expect DS3 will get put to one side. Although as I have it on disc then maybe it will be one of the ps4 games you can play on ps5 with all your saves. |

God Of War - took on a god and his brother. Killed one, did a couple of puzzles. Tried to take on a Valkyrie, got my ass handed to me. Bit more levelling up to go.

Shenguin I'm playing watchdogs2 as I got it for free on the pc. A mix of puzzles under the guise of'hacking', driving, shooting etc. Social commentary on the power of big tech and social media. Can play story mode and/or/with other folk. 4 stars.

Due to my now having a decent payed job I have enough money to buy a PS5 at launch.
13 year old me would have died at not having to wait for the next gen to get the last gen.
However the shops do not have them, which is fucking ironic.
Anyone getting Cyberpunk?

You will find Watchdogs vaguely annoying. You might enjoy it despite that.
In the first game the lead character is a wanker, so right up your alley.
If you got in to them I think you'd enjoy them.
I'd recommend Dishonored to you. I think you would probably really enjoy that.

As good as cyberpunk looks I dunno if I can go back to FPS after so much GTA/Division/ghost recon/Tomb Raider etc. It's ok for wee shots at cod and the like but for a big immersive game I'm not sure. But once the pump train leaves the station I'm sure that will change.

I'd start with Dishonored. Then move on to 2.
As I expect it would be harder to play 1 if you'd played 2 first.
I will be Watchdogging, Cyberpunking, Viking, Godfalling and Souls Wankering.
Basically I need a full lockdown for months.
