I'd start with Dishonored. Then move on to 2. As I expect it would be harder to play 1 if you'd played 2 first. I will be Watchdogging, Cyberpunking, Viking, Godfalling and Souls Wankering. Basically I need a full lockdown for months. True if you plan to play both.

CountGinula tutored me through the difficult strokes of Demon's Souls NG+ After that BigWorv and Alimantado provided the encouragement and advice that allowed me to become a full souls wanker.
It was a proper education.

I spend most of my time on Steam re-starting the damn thing for "important" updates, sometimes 2/3 times a day.

I will definitely be Cyberpunking. By which I mean I will buy it 3 months after launch, then probably never play it.

Gameschat: I had a brief go on the Mario re-releases. Mario 64 has not aged well, much like my face, and Mario Sunshine wasn't very good to begin with. Again much like my face. Galaxy is decent though.

My Cyberpunk anxiety is that it will be too GTA. I want an RPG, not a sandbox.
Dishonored was the best. I sacked off the sequel half way as it was too hard to be stealthy. One tiny mistake and you had 15 guards smashing you with electric prods with no chance to redeem yourself. 4 stars.

Since it's CD Project Red I would guess it will RPGish, though it is described as an "Open world action adventure". I'd take both.

FPS wankery; bollocks: IRL I got my proficiency badge (95/100) = 10 .22 rifle shots over 25 yards when I was 15; I took a Saturday job to pay for the range time and ammo. The bullseye is about the size of a 10p piece and there are no telescopic sights. The posh kids had their own rifles, Joe Soap had to use the club rifles whose sight adjustments were... eccentric! So I am proud of that qualification. The costs for .303 calibre were impossible, and the idiots who think video games are suitable prep for those guns (Lee Enfield's were definitely not recoilless) should undertake psychiatric tests. One of the reasons is that nearly all rifles kick according to their calibre, change and venting and windage is psychologically difficult to allow for. I also stopped because some of my invites were for vermin shoots and killing living creatures should never be for 'fun'.

Just eaten a Cadburys Limited Edition Orange Flavoured Twirl. It was magnificent. Would recommend.
Pork marinating in a vinegary, garlicky, spicy sensation in the fridge.
Dishonored on Ps3 was a superb game. Didn't play the second.
Watched the trailer for the new Watch Dogs in London. Look superb.
Also watched the trailer for Amazing Black Myth Wu Kong. TAKE MY YUAN!

I will be cyberpunking. And vikinging. I’m even tempted to do some soulsing, but don’t actually have any souls games any more. Well, dark souls remastered, apparently.

Orange twirl: Proper good.
Souls: I suppose I could go back and try to finish DS remaster. I might just download DS3, smash up the first four bosses then sack it off instead though.

ChumblesShot .22 Lee-Enfields and “Cadet GP” L85s in the army cadets. I did alright, but we never had enough time to truly acquire the skill. My favourite shoot was at recruit camp, where we got 10 5.56mm rounds each on the L86 Light Support Weapon. “Quick squeezes of the trigger, don’t just hold it” - I think my brother and I were the only ones to follow that advice, as full-auto shots rang across the range...

I may not be Vikinging.
I say a trailer that had a stone castle and this did not seem correct for the period.

Well, the 'burhs' constructed by the kings of Wessex against the Vikings were made of stone, and some of them probably looked more or less like castles, so you are probably OK on that one. I can't help you with Danny Wallace time travelling though.

I had to leave the pub to pick up the takeaway the Mammal who Tolerates Me had ordered. FML, I wanted to stay in the pub. Also, I got shafted and had to pay for the takeaway.

Just watched Casablanca again, wonderful film, though I'd forgotten the part where Paul Henreid solicits sex from pretty young women for exit visas, which was rather icky.

I may not be Vikinging. I say a trailer that had a stone castle and this did not seem correct for the period. If we are talking about the series the Spanish market has chillies, tomatoes and potatoes in it. None of which were known about at the time*. Building in stone was possible. The Anglo Saxons weren't any good at it though. I think Paris had stone buildings on the Ile de France at this time (600-c1050). They have all been replaced hundreds of years ago. Certainly the Normans Who were Vikings with a French accent knew about building in stone before 1066. * outside the Americas. I think the natives of South America knew about them by then.

Casablanca is great. I'm sure Felice watches it as a break between Seasons of Buffy and Gilmore Girls. About once every two weeks.
It is still good though.
