Dear all,
I don't know how to say this, but Mr Tent Rooster has become part of the Covid death statistics. He passed away yesterday afternoon after his condition deteriorated suddenly in the morning. Both his daughter and myself were by his side, which is some form of comfort, but not much.
As you can imagine, it feels as if my world has collapsed, but I need to carry on for the sake of my family. It is hard, though. He was the love of my life.
Please continue to do what the box does best (fish puns?). You know what I mean. I will need your friendship now more than ever, even if I might have to take some time out from posting.

Games. Bit more Cyberpunk. Retrieving the robot from the meatplant. Got battered royally. Though a surprising amount of headshots. Probably not doing enough hacking. Saved and stopped just before the exit as I was scunnered.
Jumped onto Tomb Raider and did the Baba Yaga fight in a bid to chip away at a completion.
No TV.

I lasted 30 seconds v old monk phantom dude. Then switched off. Although the internet says this could be an actual human player? How do you tell? Is it Sheep2 I wonder.
It is not me. I have not played since getting the platinum. I will be back at some point. I'm not a pvp player for the most part.
Ways to know if it is a human.
1) You are online rather than offline
2) It uses different tactic from the standard monk just stab at you with a knife
3) You lose (may not be perfect)
4) The loading sequence is shorter and later if it is not a human
The worst I had was someone who disguised as a chair then one shot killed me with magic. I didn't even know where they were.
Generally you need a magic shield. Hold the magic shield up and the balls can't hurt you. Retreat and stab or advance and stab. Be patient. It is not that difficult a fight for the most part.
You can get the magic shield from Garl Vinland in5-3. It is incredibly useful.

Games - downloaded Rome Total War 2, tried to pick up where I left off, which was at war with Carthago Nova, Libya and Epirus and my armies spread across Italy. Hmm.

After the AC chat I decided to carry on the DLC.
Great fun, just spent time running around the sites. It's close to Skyrim in giving a nice place to just wander and see the views.
