Morning - I’m on the train!
Yuck.
Early start to the day, I’m on a building site.
I’ve got to spend the day watching people work, so I’ve brought my PSVita.

Brutal moler extraction a few weeks ago. Three pieces of bone wriggled out over the weekend. One big enough to pull out with my fingers.
Division2. Hopefully some of those heads popped were dentists.
TV. Gardeners world. Monty on holiday.

Rail replacement service.
Three words designed to strike terror into the heart of any commuter.
So now instead of being half an hour early for my site start, I’m an hour late.
Who will watch those workmen now?
Staines really lives up to its name.

Morning.
BBC Breakfast News seems to be obsessed with hugging.
Bizarre.
EDIT; Newspapers too, WTF.

Morning all,
Hugging is the new drum for the media? I'm still waiting for a live report from the car park at a care home where there's a 16 mile tailback because people were desperate to see racist granduncle Pete. Perhaps I missed it.
Looking forward to the pieces in December which bemoan the simpler times of pandemic Xmas where you didn't spend 16 hours travelling between different family members. Presumably they'll be hiding the articles and opinion pieces they ran in December 2020 stating that's what people were missing.

I miss hugging sweaty strangers* in darkened basements out my farter. There, I've said it.
Don't kink shame me.
*Not men obviously, unless friends.

I’m a hugger. My partner’s family? Not so much. Which is unfortunate for them, as my need to hug will not be contained once able to.
Morning all!
Gamesblog: not on the PS4, no.
TVblog: The Vicar of Dibley. And then Babylon 5.
OTTM: had to take the boy to school this morning. I then planned to visit the butchers. But it was shut. Rich and compelling, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Morning
RE8 last night.
Crumpets for brekkers.
Hugging. I can't recall ever hugging a family member. A stranger or two at a footy match, or in a pub watching a footy match, then yes, I have.
OTTM, youngest won a goldfish at the fair yesterday. It's still alive so far.
Edit: I have hugged my PM. And the kids when they were little and had maybe fallen over. I'm not a total monster.

I'll hug my own family, not so much others.
Games: No
Telly: The new super hero thing on Netflix, it's seems pretty good so far.
Weather: Spots of rain and mostly dark cloud.
Football: Lincoln City made the play offs. We're really good at play offs and I'm sure this will end well.

Hugs? No. My Sister hugged me at her 50th birthday bash. I did not appreciate her fulsome breasts being pressed into my chest.

So Tiddles and Shenguin both grew up in affection free zones. Unsurprising.

Hugging is for football matches. If you can't have a proper squeeze and grope with a stranger when you have just finished 18th in the Championship when can you? Well obviously in/outside pub/club/field late at night if you are Crankcaller

Hugging is a primal response. If you were to enter a chimpanzee enclosure with a glove puppet in the style of a snake, hide in a bush then push the face of the snake out for the chimpanzees to see, they will bare their teeth and put their hands over their eyes. They will hug one another for support.
Monday
A grey day ...
I'm actually wearing grey cords because my favourite blue ones are in the wash. I feel like the 1990s John Major Spitting Image puppet.

Well I think we know what happened to Sockpuppet now. Torn apart by a troop of frightened chimps as a result of a cruel Laybones experiment.
Socky RIP in pieces.

What's wrong with a curt nod? A formal handshake at full arm's length if absolutely necessary.

The weekendI played Resident Evil 4 and a bit of 'PUBG'. We watched to the end of Boardwalk Empire. Fantastic. I loved it, though it felt a bit rushed. Gutting to find out there were only eight episodes in the last season. I liked it so much, I'd watch it again.
I'd also mis-construed a GIF I'd come across so was convinced I was going to see a character return, right up to the very end (to enact this GIF). Alas it didn't happen.
May start watching 'Hausen'. I don't know. Maybe? Not sure.

Cords chat! Two pairs of blue, one fawn, two green in different colours, one pair of brown, one pair of grey.
Didn't realise I owned so many pairs of cords. I like cords. Some are work ones some are leisure.
