Been looking at Copenhagen this morning. Looks great. I've never been to any of the Scandinavian countries.
Lunch was smoked mackerel and beetroot couscous. Bootiful.

Hello
My daughters have taken my wife out for a belated birthday meal at The Ivy in Cobham.
I am drinking Hobgoblin, watching the rugby on Ch4, following the cricket on the BBC website and will be having a doner kebab later.
Life is good.

How about:
"We are red, white; that's it, and you all stink of shit"
Unfortunately the Danes can say the same...

Hello
I did my 20 laps. I’m a bit disappointed at how far it actually is though - actually was. It wasn’t even five miles …
I’d worked my way up from 10 laps a few weeks ago. I thought it was a big achievement.
25 laps is my next milestone. 10,000 metres!
Then 40 laps and I’ll be on my way to a half marathon.
If I can get to the point where I’m running a marathon every week there will be no way - no way - I can be out of shape.

I have a technique. A secret running technique from the heart of Mexico. Not that secret - I read it in a book.

I think exercise can increase BMI, because muscle is heavier than fat. It’s not a bad thing though.
