All tasty though.
I prefer cooking in the winter as I can open the backdoor into the kitchen and cool down without every bluebottle and wasp wanting to interfere with my mise en place.

Well, the way they explain it in them there parts of the World, is that 'Daddy' is an old name for the Devil*. The hole is a cave just above the water. A smugglers cave. There is a viewpoint above it.

124 pints? I'm not cutting back for anyone. Even if the summer is just defined as the (English) school summer holidays, that's 45 days (or so) so it's only an average of 2.75 pints per day. It's more than some people drink, I guess. Like, children, or whatevs. |

Football!
It was so good to go to a game. Even a preseason friendly in Northampton.
I very much enjoyed it.
Lots of goals, lots of chances, decent weather (there were 10 drops or so of rain on the car this morning. The ground was dry. I'm uncertain this merited a yellow warning for heavy rain)
Couple of comedy errors meant we lost, but the result was very much not the point.
About 1800 Blues fans were there. I thought there might have been more.
Four stars. I. may attend another game
