My planned Bombay potato side dish evolved into a main curry dish during the cooking process.
Sort of a new potatoes, chick peas and mushrooms balti. With home grown onions, home grown garlic and not home grown tomatoes (still small and green). A teaspoon each of salt, pepper, cumin, chilli powder, curry powder and sugar. With the juice of a lemon.
Boodiful.
Greta would be proud.
